You have probably had gappy/squint/overcrowded teeth your entire adult life... please, please just put up with it a while longer to save enough money for treatment from a reputable dentist.
I wish I could attach a "before and after" photo to you show you the outcome of 6 months of treatment. You'd see zero change on bottom row of teeth and the appearance of two large gaps on the upper row. In addition to this, my "bite" has been affected and my back teeth no longer meet.
Customer service has abysmal. They have, at least, admitted the treatment did nothing to address the overcrowding on the bottom row and had not met expectations for the movement of teeth on the top row. But beyond that I am no further forward.
I am £800 out of pocket and face paying at least 3 times that amount to correct the functional problem (bite) and the new cosmetic problem (gaps) caused by SMT. I've now started proceedings against them, but that is going to take months.
So, as I said above, please just wait. Save up a bit more or agree a payment plan with a proper dentist.Review about: Nova Direct Breakdown Cover

PLEASE READ – They will refuse to assist in a breakdown.
We completely lost power in the car and managed to limp off a dual carriageway into a Travelodge car park. The car would then only start intermittently, when it did there was no power, when trying to put my foot down on the accelerator light blue smoke came bellowing out of the exhaust (a very large amount) and the car cut out. The car would not move! The date was 02/06/22 (the double bank holiday) and it was about 6pm.
I contacted Nova breakdown, and explained the breakdown, I was then told that my breakdown was declined, because I was able to get the car to a safe place, meaning it was mobile, I explained to the advisor the car would not start, and when it did there was no power, the best she would offer is for me to pay an additional £100 for somebody to come out, (which I would not get back if they arrive and the car started). She also refused to put me through to her manager.
We had travelled about 4hrs and were completely stranded about 200miles from home on a double bank holiday, with 2 children and a car that started intermittently, when it did it had no power, blowing lots of smoke and then cutting out, in the words of the policy ‘the car was immobile’. But breakdown assistance was refused.
Our outcome was to stay the night and seek assistance from another breakdown service all at our cost, even though we were GOLD MEMBERS of Nova since August 2021. The issue with the car was the EGR valve and this needed replacing to fix the car and make it mobile!Review about: Waveinn

The company should not be trading. I paid for the above items 2 months ago & they have not arrived. I regularly email the firm & receive polite replies & have been trying to get my money refunded. Why are companies like this allowed to trade?
THIEVING COMPANY. NO PRODUCT- NO REFUND- NO ACTION ON EMAILS. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. DON'T BUY!

I ordered a big dermalogica range on the 30 th September and I still haven’t received it, I have emailed and phoned and no response. I did buy this on my credit card. Has anyone else managed to get their stuff or money back ?

Disgusting company
I was charged a ridiculous amount for my gas and electric (£800 for 3 months) which was obviously an error as we used our open fire and log burner. However, when I questioned this they never told me the correct amount dispite 6 months of chasing them, they just wanted me to pay the bill which they could not tell me the amount. An example of this is that we received 4 different 'estimates' in 1 week, and when we asked as to the correct one, they gave a different amount! And I received a different amount every time I enquired. Ended up sneakily putting 2 defaults on my credit file and when I discovered this 3 years later and questioned it, they would only offer £20 as an 'apology' for their errors but Refuse to remove the 2 defaults (gas & electric)
I will never use this vile company ever again! And suggest that everyone avoids it like the plague!Review about: Moonpig

How awful! Im in the same position. They have wrecked my teeth and i even paid extra as they told me i needed refinements, which i didnt, i just needed them to correct their own mistake.
I've tried many no win no fee claims companies and none of them are touching it.
How have you managed to start proceedings?
