Wrong Item Received
I got myself a Dallas Mavericks baseball cap from this online shop and at first, I was happy with how fast they dealt with my order and got it sent out. But then, when the parcel turned up, I was gutted to see that they had sent me a Minnesota cap instead of the one I actually wanted. I sent queries to the customer service team by email, not just once, but twice, and I haven't heard anything back or gotten it sorted. It's really annoying to be ignored and not have any kind of response or fix for this mix-up.

Meet and greet at cruise terminal
Avoid this company at all costs - my encounter with them at the meet and greet service on our cruise was a total nightmare. We were left waiting for almost 2 hours for them to supposedly locate our car. It was a disorganised mess, and the customer service was shockingly bad. When we asked for a refund, they only offered us a tiny 20% refund which we never actually got. I wish I had read reviews about them beforehand, it would have saved me so much hassle. In general, this company is terrible and not to be relied upon.

Medication
I've been to this chemist a few times now to get my meds and I can say it's been pretty good overall. The prices are reasonable compared to others and I've never had any problems with the quality of the medication. However, on my last order, the delivery box was totally squashed. Luckily, the meds inside were still sealed and all good, but it was definitely the courier's fault for the mess-up. Even with that little hiccup, I still trust this chemist for all my medication needs.

Oxygen Boutique has really got on my nerves - they took my money but never sent me the product I paid for. I've tried reaching out for a refund multiple times, but they just won't help me out at all. It's absolutely scandalous how they believe they can just pull off this kind of con.

It was supposed to be stock items with a 10-week delivery schedule, but it actually arrived in just 10 days. However, after 11 weeks, I realised some items were missing. I had a lot of trouble getting the missing items delivered, the customer service was really bad - they didn't answer calls or emails. They eventually sent the missing items, even though I had asked for a refund.

The service was absolutely brilliant - they made changing the date so easy when I had a hospital appointment clash. And the break itself was such great value for money, with tickets thrown in for Trentham Gardens and a trip to the shopping outlet.

I bought this App for my gym equipment not too long ago, and I must say, I'm pretty happy with it. It gives loads of helpful tips on how to make the most of the gear, helping me push myself during workouts and get closer to my fitness targets. However, I was a bit miffed to find out that the App actually cost extra, as I had assumed it was part of the initial purchase. That being said, even though it was an unexpected expense, the App is top-notch and has definitely improved my exercise routine.
