Furniture move
The two guys were very helpful and took the sofas apart to remove them from the house. They were on time and polite and courteous, even taking their shoes off every time they entered the house. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Chest of drawers
I ordered a chest of drawers which came damaged, damage in 3 separate points that i couldn't even close the draw. The order came with only one person in the van however the drawers require 2 people. Consequently the driver asked if i could help him lift it from the van to my home. (So much for contactless delivery and 2m social distancing) If this was a delivery for an elderly or disabled person who would assist with the lifting then? I asked for a replacement order but from a different courier however the replacement came from the same driver and once again was badly damaged with paint scratched off,drawers not opening and wood broken off. I have tried to speak to the sales manager Chris for 5 days without a response, ringing every working day to speak to him and leaving email messages without a response.
I Ordered a large garden clock wich arrived on time but it didn't meet my expectations.contacted CB by email as there's no phone number to arrange a return that was a week ago and I haven't received had any response.bad customer service.

Lovely sleek water jug, it came packed very well, all items in box, it arrived as i was expecting it too, We are enjoying water more now than we did before. Very happy with the seller, will not hesitate to buy from them again. Very happy customer, Thank You.

OnBuy Seller Tool
From a seller's perspective we purchased onbuy subscription to sell on it. We have found the system easy to sign up to and listing style is the same as Amazon. There are many integrations available and customer service for me has been great (same day response). I have used their shopify and RM click and drop integrations without any issues. Didn't expect sales so early on but have had a few since signing up a week ago. I have also been able to price my items lower than other platforms we use as onbuy fees are a lot less. Thank you onbuy for providing a real alternative to Amazon and eBay. Being a UK company hope you manage to penetrate international markets.

Shocking customer service. Ordered from sheds.co.uk then cancelled order well before they were due to be shipped. That’s a month ago and still waiting for refund. I’ve had an email over a week ago saying they have refunded but nothing has hit our account. It’s £400 that has mysteriously disappeared. I think they are lying. Can’t get through on phone and waiting and waiting for answers on email. Avoid unless you enjoy stress in your life.
Absolutely disgraceful service. I have never, ever come across anything as poor as this. I ordered 2 x sheds on May 7th and due to the sheer incompetence of this company in getting back to me, I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. I have sent 6 emails, made 11 phone calls and yet I still don't have any response. I still don;t have my £288 returned and I am looking into involving my solicitor due to their refusal to return my money, resulting in additional bank charges. DISGRACE. Stay Away!!!
Hi Ian we ordered a summerhouse in June supposed to be delivered 11th Aug never turned up delivery was aborted sent emails cancelled order can’t get through on phone have you had any luck yet ?

I really enjoy how they have you set an appointment for your courses which encourages you to keep up with them. It’s different than just putting the videos up for you to do at your own pace because realistically, we’d always find an excuse to put them off. The videos are really encouraging, positive, and easy to digest. Super excited to learn more!!

Awful company, happily take your money but will never provide the services you have paid for - pay a few pennies more and use a reputable firm like British Gas.

wouldn't waste my time contacting you
Awful company, worse than not being covered is a false sense of security. I am a full time carer, I need to know I can rely on people. Let down more than once, now told I am locked in because an engineer came out who couldn't help. In June I am out of here, British Gas for me.
