The owner is a horrible person who has held back from paying her staff numerous of times not caring that we have children to feed and bills to pay. Everything fron the website is from aliexpress but she charges you extra and doesnt even send your order out majority of the time. I got sacked cause i asked for my wages that was owed to me DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

Order arrived which was the wrong style and size. Emailed to arrange return & exchange at the end of December and after MANY emails I have still not received a replacement!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you’re fine with losing your hard earned money and not getting the products you ordered!! They are an absolute joke! 1000% a total rip off and of course they’re in China so nothing can be done about it.

Item better then expected as has rugged safety caps on tops of ladder so ideal for leaning against smooth sided van. Closing action is easy to use & ladder ideal to transport in back of vehicle (& or use at home). Feels sturdy. Onbuy was easy to use & searching site of seller was straightforward. Would recommend. And will use again as price was cheaper than ebay, amazon & all other shop & selling sites I checked.

I ordered a wool blanket that cost $100 from this company six months later I received a customs duty bill for $460. When I approach this company to resolve this error they basically told me it was my problem to deal with. I filed a dispute and lost the dispute because this company failed to respond to the courier resulting in the $460 bill for a $100 item. One thing is clear about thewoolroom.com they do not care one bit about their customers!

Boiler Installation & Service Plan
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
The StayWarm team convinced me to have one of their boilers installed which then started leaking after a few weeks. Initially they refused to come out as the boiler was not included in my policy (even though they installed it) so I paid a private contractor to go and have a look. Turns out the flue was installed incorrectly and 24/7 then refused to accept that the flue was included in my policy.
After much back and forth (and stress) they eventually fixed it nearly 4 weeks after it started leaking which could have led to severe damage to my property.
The StayWarm team are useless, one said I could get the installation fee refunded if it was proven to be installed incorrectly (which it was and I have that in writing from 24/7) but the Complaints team are refusing to accept any liability or offer any compensation. Took me 4 weeks, 3 emails (all of which ignored) and 4 phone calls to get a response from them.
I am a landlord, my husband is an estate agent and never have we ever experienced such rude, incompetent staff.
PLEASE PLEASE do not use any service 24/7 offer. I ignored the negative reviews and my management agent saying how bad they were in order to save a few quid but they have ended up costing me a fortune and have caused me so much stress.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to book an engineer service. when I phone it says I can I can book online. when I call they say thet someone will call, When i go online chat they say that they will pass it to the relevant department. I sent an email but not even a courtesy reply. Finally I got a text message on my mobile saying an engineer will call. 10 days has passed but no one has called. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Very poor company and customer services. Took out insurance before Covid 19 at the start of 2020. All my holidays are cancelled and was told my policy will be invalid because of Covid. So I asked what’s the point in my policy then? they refused to answer and ignored all my forms of contact. My advice to everyone is avoid them & hopefully they will go bust!

I've only had one lesson. So far, I am impressed with the content of the lesson. I feel like I will learn so much in this module. However, I am unimpressed with the constant emails and text messages. I am very organized. I do not need reminders. Also, the suggestive sales and upgrades annoy me. I purchased a Toolkit because I thought I needed it, yet I cannot even access/open it. I feel like I was trapped into buying something I did not need.

Shaw Academy has amazing range of learning scope for enthusiasts!! It has detailed materials necessary for each domain. I am very much happy with their content. It has a very organized and up-to-date knowledge oriented module.
I have enjoyed the content very much, but the constant plethora of emails, texts, AND calls is too much. I don't need to be reminded so frequently and from so many streams about my course. There are way too many ads and money traps. Additionally, I find it strange that you cannot take 2 lessons in a day. You cannot fast forward, rewind, pause, etc. most lectures even though they are not live. I had an extra hour tonight so I wanted to do 2 lectures but the system kept saying "error" when I tried to reschedule the lesson.

I'm taking the social media marketing module and I find it very interesting. I'm already quite advanced in digital media marketing skills, and I find it very useful to have this recap and understand the new trends.
I too have had one lesson. The lesson was great. It covered enough ground that I learned good things without overwhelming me with too much information I can't use. But I'm also very irritated by all the emails and the constant commercials to buy something. I signed up for a FREE, "unlimited" trial for this to see how it would work. But clearly, this system is not unlimited as I can't move at my own pace. I have to wait for the class schedule to let me into the class that I am trying, which means I can't even finish the class in the free trial period. That's not unlimited. You should take that off your advertising as it is false advertising. The class was good enough that I'm going to give it some more chances, but really...stop with the commercials.
Shaw Academy is the best! Abby has been a great teacher, explaining the concepts in each lesson thoroughly and applying them to real world examples. I especially love the application of our learning to the athletic/exerciser population. She is very clear with her lessons and goes through the subject matter in an informative manner, while using explanations that can be understood by students who are unfamiliar with the terms. Her lessons are captivating and the perfect length - I never feel like it's dragging on nor do I find myself zoning out. I would definitely recommend Shaw Academy to others!

So far I have been unable to watch The Trading course live. There is a glitch that means I can see the slides but can't hear the instructor. I am only able to watch the recordings.
I liked the content of my first class very much. However, I am uncomfortable with the constant emails, notifications, reminders and sales promotions.
I am taking the Photoshop class since I have been struggling to learn it on my own. Just finished my second lesson and have already learned so much about color enhancement and using layers. My only issue is that my computer keeps buffering/stopping during the live class and I had to restart or watch recording. I also wish that I could just move forward with the modules at my own pace since I don't want an ECertificate, only using this for my own self improvement. The moderator is awesome, the teaching is at a good pace, everything is explained simply and expertly.

I booked those modules and listened other free courses. Loved instructor's contents and I'm glad I found this academy. The only thing that I dislike about is quality. Loved the slide and contents but, they go too fast. It's hard to listen, watch, digest, and understand. It's also hard to take note at the same time. Plus, most of their audio quality is not pleasant. I hear lots of echoes and noise in the background like people are talking in the back.

It's really great to learn with shaw academy their teachers focus more on understand and always start with root concepts, it also provides you with essential materials at pocket friendly prices.
I am currently enrolled in the Graphic design course which is really good - really good! There are two things though that I don't like. First: I have to schedule times for my courses, which is not flexible at all given this is a an online resource. I have two toddlers and a full-time job, so booking a certain time really isn't easy to fit my schedule. Also I can only hear two lessons per week. This is of course how Shaw Academy earns money - stretching the courses for many months, every month of which costs around 50€. I enrolled because of an ad that promised me the Graphic Design course for FREE. The truth is that I do not get it for free at all, but only a small sneak peak into the course. Now, I am convinced that good education is worth paying money. But I am not a fan of luring people by false information. I would love to have a flexible access to the material so I can learn at my own pace. And if I'm able to take 6hrs in one week on only one the next, because this is how my life works. Also it would've been actually possible to complete this course for free if I was able to do it in my pace. Like this I am grateful for the bit of info I get out it but I feel tricked as well.
I've always doubted online training for set skills. My skill development trainings have been offline because I've been disappointed many times by some online academies but Shaw Academy has been awesomely educative. I recommend their programs because they are the best.
I was very impressed with the information that was shared. I never imagined that there would be so much valuable information shared on the first day. I was extremely impressed by the wealth of knowledge and basic functionality of the instructor. She was able to share everything from the history of Graphic Design to how to apply the applications necessary for great product presentation.

Overall, the courses are very interesting and I first started with 4 different courses to learn more. I love instructors giving out the hard work/experience but, for me, it seems everyone speaking too fast which is really hard to digest and understand what I just heard and taking a note at the same time. Plus, most instructors are having a bad audio quality which lots of them have bad noise in the background such as people talking and have lots of echo effect. Hope this can be fixed for better lecture.
