I just bought a silver bracelet from this shop and I must say that I am really disappointed with the quality. The bracelet is smaller than I thought and it doesn't look as nice as it did in the online picture. Also, the clasp feels weak and I'm worried about how long it will last. I'll be returning the bracelet because it just doesn't live up to what I was hoping for.

Variety of fragrances
I've bought a few different perfumes from FragranceX and I've been really happy with how it's gone. I always make sure to check the batch codes on my bottles whenever I get a delivery, and so far I haven't had any problems with the products. The batch dates can be different, but the quality of the perfumes has always been spot on.
Even though there have been a few delays with USPS deliveries recently, I don't blame FragranceX for that as shipping times are out of their hands. If you're saving a good amount on your order, it might be worth thinking about getting a faster shipping option for peace of mind. In general, I've come across some fantastic deals on unusual products that have been hard to find elsewhere.

Gym equipment purchase
The delivery of the gym equipment was okay, considering everything going on with the pandemic. However, I've had some problems with the product itself. I've sent a few emails about a small amount of damage to a steel part, but I haven't heard back yet, which is really annoying. Not being able to use the gym equipment properly has made me doubt if it was worth buying. The way they've handled my questions has been pretty poor, and I'm really hoping for a solution soon.

Tried to book hotel room
I just wanted to book a hotel room, but the website was playing up and giving me error messages all the time, so I had to look for another option in the end. And to top it all off, I ended up getting charged twice for the room, even though I didn't successfully book it. The really frustrating part is there's no human customer service to speak to - just a useless chatbot that's asking for a code I never got. I had to really make an effort to track down an email address to get in touch with them. This situation is far from ideal, guys.
