Two new Ultra Sharp monitors

I recently bought a laptop docking station from The IT Bay and was really happy with how fast it arrived and the good pricing. Fortunately, I had some spare kettle leads at home so I could fix it, but it's something people should know about before buying. It would be helpful if the manufacturers included the right cables to avoid any hassle for customers.

I bought a Lenovo X1 Fold from The IT Bay not too long ago. However, I've been having some problems with both the speakers and the screen. I was under the impression that I had a 3-year on-site Lenovo Premier warranty, but it turns out it's actually just a Depot warranty. This was a bit of a shock as their ads clearly said on-site warranty, which played a big part in why I chose to buy from them.
