Expensive face creams purchase
I recently bought some pricey face creams from the store, hoping for top-notch products. Sadly, when the package arrived, I discovered that one of the creams had been opened and used. I was really let down by this, as I was expecting the store to have better quality control. I tried reaching out to customer service via email twice about the problem, but they couldn't give me a satisfactory solution or refund. I'm thinking of getting in touch with the brand directly about this issue, as I'm sure they wouldn't be happy with their products being sold in such a state. Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store, as they are selling unsuitable and used products.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience at M&Co to be honest. First off, I struggled to find their phone number, so it was a bit of a mission to get in touch for help. And when I finally did speak to someone, I explained my issue with returning some dresses. They told me I didn't need a printer to send them back, but the instructions they emailed me were all over the place and just confusing. Overall, it left me feeling really annoyed and let down.

I bought some really nice outdoor trousers at a good price, and I was so happy when they came quickly. But then I got a bit disappointed because they didn't fit me right.
