Sofa purchase
I bought a sofa from this company not too long ago and I must say, it was a pretty good experience overall. Ordering it was easy peasy, just a few clicks and I was done. They had loads of samples to choose from, and the info on fabrics and seating choices was top-notch. The only hiccup was that the sofa I got was a tad lighter than the sample I picked, but it wasn't a big deal for me. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery folks were really respectful of my place. All in all, I'd say this company is a good shout for anyone wanting to buy furniture online.
Fabric samples and tea gift
The swift delivery of my fabric samples was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Twinings tea bags in Earl Grey and Peppermint included as well. It really showed me that this company pays attention to detail and customer service. Along with the samples, I also received a lovely brochure to read while enjoying my cup of tea, which was a nice touch that made this whole experience stand out from others I've had when shopping online. The samples and tea were presented in a charming pink box with gold edges, making me feel like a valued customer. Overall, my shopping experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.
Sofa bed purchase
From beginning to end, buying a sofa bed was a really smooth experience. We loved the different materials and colours the company offered, it made picking one out so much easier. The website for ordering was easy to use and efficient, so we could make our sofa bed just how we wanted it. Willow & Hall kept us in the loop with really good communication, giving us updates quickly at every step. They delivered on their promise of 4-5 weeks waiting time, and the delivery team were really professional, polite, and respectful in our home. They even showed us how to use the sofa bed, which was a nice touch. We're really happy with our sofa bed made in the UK and would definitely recommend Willow & Hall to others.
Lumpy sofa seat cushions
I bought a sofa from this company back in October, and since then I've had some trouble with the seat cushions. Even though I'm 86 years old and quite small, I've been following the advice to turn the cushions every day, but they've still ended up all lumpy. When I contacted their customer service team for help, they told me to take out the cushion inner and plump it up regularly. This came as a surprise to me because I've never had to do that with any other sofas I've had in my life. I'm feeling let down, especially after spending a good amount of money on this purchase. If anyone has any helpful suggestions for dealing with similar issues, I'd really appreciate it.

The fabric samples the company sent me had lots of different colours and textures, so I could look at all their options while having a cup of tea. Even though their website was easy to use and had a lot of information, I was a bit unsure about making such an expensive purchase without being able to see the product in person at a showroom.

We recently bought a really nice sofa bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress, and it's great because it works perfectly as both a sofa and a bed. The sofa itself is really comfy, but the bed is even better. The mattress is nice and thick, super comfy, much better than the thin foam ones you often get with sofa beds. The service was really good too, we only had to wait 6 weeks from ordering to delivery. We're so pleased we chose this company for our sofa bed!

I recently had a bit of bother with getting a sofa reserved and bought from this company. I know things sometimes take a bit of time to get sorted and delivered, but the way the staff handled everything, and their unhelpful attitudes really got to me. They said they had reserved the sofa for me because of some technical problems, but then I saw it being sold on the website. So, I went ahead and bought the sofa again, but never got a confirmation email for the purchase. This whole situation has been a right headache and a big letdown.

Somerton sofa purchase
I'm really disappointed with the sofa I bought from your company around 9 months ago. The Somerton sofa, which was over £1000, already has one flat cushion. No matter how often I try to adjust the cushions, they stay flat. It's not a good look and I was hoping for better quality considering the price. Overall, I'm not satisfied with how long-lasting the sofa is and I won't be buying from your company again. I've found that Ikea has better quality sofas at a more affordable price.

The staff at the sofa bed shop were so lovely and really helped me pick out all the details because I find online shopping a bit tricky. Tom was fantastic, he worked out the price with a discount and sent us a sample in no time at all.
New sofa review
I recently bought a new sofa and it's decent, but the fabric stretched as soon as I sat on it and now it doesn't sit properly on its legs. The customer service was awful though! When I called because my order was stuck, they tried to blame me for not providing enough information, even though I placed my order over the phone due to website issues. They only took action on my order after my call. When the sofa finally arrived, it was wobbling on its legs even though our floor is completely flat. The delivery driver even hinted at contacting them about it, but they ignored me!
Corner Sofa Purchase
I ordered a corner sofa at the weekend and had to get in touch with customer services to make sure my order was confirmed properly, because the confirmation email ended up in my spam folder. But the staff were really helpful in double-checking all the details and making sure everything was okay a few days later.
Loft room sofa
The delivery guys were really helpful and did a great job getting our sofa into our loft room, which was quite tricky. They took their time and tried different angles until they finally managed to get it in. The sofa looks fantastic in the room and we're absolutely thrilled with it!

I have to say, the sofa bed I bought from this store has been really good. They have a great selection to choose from, and ordering was easy. The delivery was quick too, and I got my sofa bed in no time at all. It's a lovely, comfy piece of furniture that works well as both a sofa and a bed. My daughter used it for a few weeks and thought it was really comfortable.
Sofa Bed
An appalling experience. Do not trust this company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a sofa in clearance which was in stock with a promised delivery of approx 2 weeks. For anyone else out there in a similar position or considering ordering an item standby for an agreed delivery date and time, only to be called up the night before at the very last minute saying they cannot deliver the next day. Then you will hear nothing! There are customer service telephone numbers at the delivery company and at Willow & Hall however you will not get through to talk to anybody - the lines are dead or go unanswered. You may get sporadic email responses with excuses but on all the emails there are no contact details and no ability to call them. After repeated attempts through the delivery company and Willow and Hall I cancelled the purchase that I had not even seen or had a new delivery date offered. Excuses followed about deliver company moving offices and they would be in touch. I reiterated the cancellation request and they came back saying they had reviewed the paperwork and thus offered me a 10% refund for a product they had not even delivered!!!! I then had to pursue a full refund through MasterCard and have now just received the funds back. Beware its just not worth the risk!
