    I recently bought a VPN service in a hurry and had a few problems. The customer service team was helpful in trying to fix things, but the first advice they gave me didn't work. I had to uninstall and reinstall the VPN to sort out the problem, which was a bit of a hassle.     Unauthorized payment

    Recently, I tried to cancel my account through live support and they said it was all sorted. But, surprise surprise, a month later they deducted $12 without asking me! Totally unacceptable. I want my money back now. They not only took my money without permission, but they also didn't cancel my account like I asked. Their communication and attitude towards customers is shocking. I gave them my user ID, so they better sort this out quickly.

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe what just happened! I came across this incredible offer for a VPN subscription and was really looking forward to giving it a go. But you know what? Just as I paid for it, they suddenly closed down, and now I have to switch to a different VPN service. Can you believe it? How could they treat us customers like this? It just doesn't seem fair! I feel like I've been ripped off in a major way.

    I had a really awful experience with this thing. It just wouldn't work and nobody was willing to help me fix it. I kept trying to get them to refund my money, but it was just useless. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother using it, it's absolutely terrible!

    I was on the lookout for a VPN service and thought I'd give this one a go. The website was a breeze to use, and I had no trouble placing my order. The service itself was quite simple to navigate and I managed to switch between servers without any problems. Although, I did come across some speed hiccups from time to time, which got on my nerves a bit. All in all, the service was alright, but nothing to write home about.

    I'm really not happy with the VPN service as a customer. It didn't do what it was supposed to, and when I asked for a refund within the 30-day guarantee period, they weren't keen on giving it to me. I ended up having to involve PayPal to try and sort it out, which shouldn't have been necessary. The whole situation is just really frustrating - the customer service is poor and the product just doesn't work well at all.

    Frustrating problems

    I've had loads of issues with this app I got three years back, I mean, that's a fair chunk of time, right? Most of the time it wouldn't even work properly, but when it did, it was just OK. The software they provide is really poor, especially on Windows. There was this one problem where if my computer shut down without me closing the app first, I couldn't get back online. Like, seriously, what's that all about? And then, my computer kept blue screening all the time, never had that happen before. The customer support team were absolutely useless and nearly had me in tears. Trying to use it on linux was a bit of a nightmare. Thankfully, I'm pleased I found a different app, it's been working like a dream.

    Disappointing purchase experience

    Since I changed providers, my VPN connection has been really unreliable. I find myself having to log out and back in all the time, and it doesn't always fix the problem. On top of that, I can't even access the website to ask for help - it feels like they've completely blocked me out. It's just not on.

    Issue with logging in

    I had a problem logging into the VPN service I've been using for a while now. There was a dialogue box that popped up last week asking 'existing users' to log in, but when I entered my email address, I got an email telling me to sign up again instead of letting me log in. I tried using a different email address to log in, but the same thing happened. It seems a bit dodgy on the service provider's part.
