    Business interaction with professional and helpful staff member

    I recently had a really positive experience dealing with a staff member regarding a business matter, and I have to say, the way they handled things was truly impressive. Rahwiya Malik really went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed to do our due diligence properly.     I recently had a chat with a guy to help me out with some technical stuff. I'm not great with all that techy stuff, so usually struggle to talk to IT people. But this time was a whole different story. The guy, Jordan, really knew his stuff and made it all easy to understand. Not only was he useful, but he was also really nice to talk to.     I got in touch with someone about HR software and I was really happy with how professional and friendly they were. The guy I spoke to, I think his name was James Phillips, was super helpful and explained things really clearly.     I just wanted to give a shoutout to Bradley Green from BrightHR for being so helpful with sorting out everything on Bright Safe.     I've just had a really bad experience with this company. They roped me into a contract with rubbish features and didn't give me the service I was promised. Even though I told them we were moving, they still kept sending bills to debt collectors. Watch out for these dodgy scammers.
