It's what makes Busuu stand out and gives a nice personal touch to your learning journey. On top of that, Busuu gives you a bunch of different drills to work on, including audio and video exercises. These help you go over what you've learned before and introduce you to new stuff in a really effective way. Having different kinds of exercises keeps things interesting and helps you keep making progress. Another thing that sets Busuu apart is how much they care about making their users happy. Their customer service team is top-notch – they're quick to respond, really helpful and friendly when it comes to dealing with any questions or feedback from users. This kind of support makes learning with Busuu a really enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just need to say this. I used to have a good understanding of French, but it's been about 10 years since I've spoken to any locals. So, I thought I'd use this language app to refresh my skills. To my surprise, I found a big mistake in their translation. The app wrongly says that "De Rien" in French means "You are welcome" in English, but actually it means "It's nothing." This wrong information could confuse a lot of students and make it harder for them to learn the language. It's really important for learning tools like this to give correct and trustworthy information, so I'm asking them to fix this mistake as soon as possible.

The app is really user-friendly and interactive, so it's perfect for everyone from beginners to more advanced learners. I personally gave it a go for learning Korean and I found it super helpful. Although, I've got mixed feelings about the competitive side of the app. At first, it was a good motivator for me to rack up points and stay in the Opal League, but then I started wondering if I was actually focusing on learning the language or just chasing points. When my wifi went wonky and I got kicked out of the league, I realised that the competitive part wasn't actually a big deal for me. Overall, I think the app is fab, but maybe the pointless competition could distract some users.

I'm absolutely loving this app for learning languages! I'm currently learning Korean and Chinese, and it's been such a blast. The lessons are really interactive and interesting, which makes it easy for me to stay motivated and dedicated to my learning journey. Whenever I have a question, the customer service team is so helpful. Big shoutout to Peter for sorting out my query and keeping me updated until it was fixed. I'm now on my 37th day and haven't missed a single day of practice - a personal best! Normally I only manage around 7 days before I get bored, but this app has really kept me engaged! 🤣🤣

This language learning app is amazing! It's been a real game-changer for me. It helps me create a study plan that suits me and sends me reminders to practice regularly. The tech support is really good, Peter is always there to help and answer any questions I have. I feel so inspired and motivated to keep going with my language learning journey using this program.

I've been using this learning app subscription for a long time now and everything was going really well until I encountered a problem. I thought I had discovered a glitch, but I was really impressed with the Customer Service Tech person who was absolutely fantastic! They kept working on it until they found a solution and now I can continue learning Japanese to communicate with my son's family. They were so patient and had such positive energy! I am extremely grateful to them!

Every time I've had to get in touch with them, Busuu have always been so quick to reply and give me really good service. If I've had any questions about my subscription or needed help with a technical problem, their customer support team has always been really nice and knowledgeable. I really like how they respect their customers' time and always make sure to fix any problems as soon as possible.

I've been using this language learning app for over a year. I've done quite a few courses and I really like chatting with native speakers on there. But I have had some problems, like not being able to access certain lessons. Luckily, the tech support team was really helpful and managed to fix the issue within a day. So I could carry on learning without any more hiccups!
Learning French vocab and grammar
It's great for picking up new words and grammar, but when it comes to actually speaking, Rosetta Stone is the way to go. To really excel, you'll need a combination of both. It would be really awesome if they allowed us to have conversations with other users on here as well.

I have to admit, this language learning app is absolutely amazing. It has really helped me improve my language skills by a whopping 100% in a really easy and enjoyable way. The interactive lessons and exercises make learning a new language not just effective, but also really fun. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to enhance their language skills.
Subscription renewal
Just a heads up, if you decide to buy a subscription, it will renew by itself at the end of the period. They don't remind you before this happens. Even though they say they send an email as a reminder a month ahead, I never got it, not even after looking in my spam folder. When I saw the unexpected charge, I asked for my money back, but they basically said I should have been more careful. They won't give me a refund. If this isn't sorted out, I'll complain to consumer protection groups because this seems shady and might need legal action.

I gave a language learning app a go recently and was a bit disappointed, especially with the free version. You really can't properly learn English or any other language without regular practice and going over vocabulary. It's pretty obvious that you'll end up forgetting new words without some kind of review. The free version is okay for brushing up on what you already know and for some basic learning, but don't expect too much from it.

The language learning subscription I bought has been really good. The material is quite challenging and designed for my level, which is great for helping me improve from B2 to C1 proficiency. I like that it doesn't just focus on beginners like a lot of other language apps do.
Busuu Japanese Course
I've been using the Japanese part of this program for a while and I have to say, it's mostly good for learning Japanese, but there are a couple of big issues that really need to be sorted out. The lessons on Kanji are a bit of a mess, with strange ways of helping you remember the characters which makes it hard to learn. Not having a way to review the Kanji makes it even more difficult to remember them. Also, throwing in new words and names of places without explaining them properly is just confusing and annoying. The speaking practice isn't great either, with feedback that's often not much help and too advanced for someone at my level. However, the program does do a great job at teaching grammar, vocab, and culture.

I've learned lots of different languages and really enjoyed the whole learning journey. The app is really easy to use and has a great selection of lessons and exercises to help improve your language skills.
