The lack of honesty and reliability from this company is really shocking. It's obvious they are only interested in making money quickly, no matter the dishonest methods they use. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this fake service at all costs.
Wrong number search
I was looking up some info on this number I found, but it turned out to be completely incorrect! It almost caused a huge problem, but fortunately, the people at the company sorted everything out and gave me a refund. They were really professional about it!

I bought an email account report from this service to find out more about a particular email address I wanted to know about. Unfortunately, I was really let down by what I got. The report didn't have the important details I was hoping for. They left out key info from the address I gave them, so the report wasn't helpful at all. I didn't discover anything useful and it felt like a waste of money.
Phone number search service
Spokeo has really annoyed me by sneakily charging my credit card without permission after I used their service to look up a phone number. They took a lot of money for a subscription I didn't even agree to. It's a total con! I want my money back from those scammers! I asked for a refund of €27.71 through email, but they only gave me €11.98 to start with. It took lots of back and forth emails to get the rest of my money returned, and they always seemed to be withholding small amounts. What's with them trying to keep 20 cents from me? When I finally spoke to a supervisor called Gary, magically the full refund was sent and the issue was fixed within hours. Maybe just return what you owe next time without all the hassle.
Single search purchase
I bought one search on the platform, but then I realised I had been signed up for a monthly subscription without my permission. I got in touch with customer service to cancel the plan, and they did it quickly. However, they wouldn't give me a refund for the charge I didn't agree to. It's really bad that they didn't tell me about this and didn't care about their customers.
1-time search
I bought a one-off search and ended up being charged for a monthly plan instead. I cancelled the plan straight away without actually using it, but only got back some of the money I paid. Also, the search results were wrong because the phone number didn't belong to the person I was looking for.
Urgent search for specific name
I was really let down by the service I got when I needed to urgently find out some info about a particular person. Even though I gave them the phone number, the search didn't give me any results. I was counting on a fast and trustworthy service, but unluckily that didn't happen. Not finding much info left me feeling annoyed and bothered. I was hoping for better from the service but felt disappointed by the lack of results.
Subscription issue
I signed up for the service in May 2022, but decided to cancel it in June 2022. Even after unsubscribing, I noticed that I was still charged on my AMEX card. The customer service supervisor didn't handle my complaint well, so I had to take the next step and officially complain to AMEX.
