Life changing app
I would always get jealous when I saw my friend making money and impacting their world in the little way they can. I seemed useless and couldn't do anything on my own. it was disheartening. But I came across Teachable and I knew I have found a good mine of my own. I have a passion for gardening and I thought I could enlighten people on how to go about it from the beginning and how to manage it also. I used this software and I uploaded a video of me the first time. At first I didn't get a good response but later on I had many views and more pay. It was exhilarating. I finally found an app where I can turn my passion into cool money. I'm giving out value an at the same time making money. How cool can this get? It has changed my life in a lot of ways. I upload from time to time and I hope to start an online gardening school of my own very soon. I really love this software and I wish everyone can start using it. Let's make money together.
Online course launch
Teaching people how to make money from their ideas is so much easier now thanks to this amazing platform. I had a really smooth and effortless time launching an online course with Teachable. The interface is really easy to use, making it a breeze to upload my content, set prices, and personalise the appearance of my course. And if I ever had any questions or problems, the support team were there to help straight away. I really appreciate how Teachable helps creators to share their knowledge and earn money from their expertise.
Issue with student response
I just wanted to share that I had a bit of a problem with one of my student's answers on the platform, so I contacted support for help. A guy named Philip from customer service helped me out, and he was really great. He listened carefully to my issues, asked a lot of questions to understand better, and promised to look into the problem along with the tech team. Although we haven't sorted it all out just yet, I must say that Philip's professionalism and dedication to sorting out the issue were really impressive.
Online course platform
I really like how I can chat with people on this platform and get useful advice. It might take a bit of time to put their suggestions into action, but they've really helped me improve my experience. Nowadays, influencers are so important for marketing, so I think having a two-tier affiliate system could be a great idea. Unfortunately, I can't do it right now, and that means I could miss out on chances to reach more students with my online courses.
Autorenewal Opt-in
It was really annoying to be signed up for autorenewal without even being asked and then getting charged $468. I got in touch with customer service straight away to ask for my money back and to cancel my account. But after waiting for 5 days, all I got was a standard reply saying they couldn't give me a refund or stop the autorenewal.
Decent platform; Horrible customer support
The platform is decent for hosting and selling courses. It's quite reliable and has plenty of features. However, let me tell you, the customer support is absolutely terrible! If you ever need assistance or have a query, good luck! They don't offer any phone support whatsoever. I've submitted numerous online support tickets, and all I receive are poor excuses as to why they can't resolve the issue.

Online course purchase
So, I recently signed up for an online course on this platform, right? They promised one-on-one mentorship but I never got to speak with the mentor like they said I could. Plus, the refund rules weren't clear at all. When I tried to get a refund in time, I hit a load of obstacles. The seller and their crew weren't helpful at all, and they kept pushing me to carry on with the course even after the refund date had passed. They completely ignored my refund requests and wouldn't even talk about it. In the end, I had to go through my bank to dispute the initial payment, and luckily I won. The whole thing made me feel ripped off and unhappy, especially since I didn't even get access to the course stuff I paid for.

I've been using this platform for my online courses and I've found it pretty user-friendly when it comes to adding my content. However, I've noticed that the support quality has gone downhill lately and the layout can get a bit confusing sometimes. It's not great for teams as not everyone can access all the training materials. It might be okay if you're building a small community, but for bigger operations, it might not be the most suitable choice.

Subscription Service
I really should have left a while back! Their customer service is honestly the worst, no joke. We had a big issue that needed sorting out urgently, but instead of helping, they just merged all our problems into one big mess. It's like they don't want us as customers anymore. And to top it off, they cancelled our subscription early, didn't respond when we tried to reach them. So unprofessional! Compared to other platforms, they're seriously lacking in features yet they have the nerve to charge more. And don't even get me started on the sneaky subscription fee increase without even asking us first. Absolutely disgraceful, if you ask me.
Refund issue
I bought something, but then I changed my mind and wanted a refund. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare when it comes to getting my money back. I tried cancelling my purchase within their 30-day money back guarantee, but they made it impossible. It's as if they don't want you to get in touch with customer service unless you pay first! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? It's just not fair and incredibly frustrating.
Upgrade payment issue
We were really looking forward to upgrading our plan on the teaching platform we use, but things took a turn when we encountered a payment issue. We tried reaching out multiple times, asked for support from the team, and even requested an urgent response from the finance department. Unfortunately, all we received were automated responses that didn't address our concerns at all. It feels like we're stuck in a never-ending loop trying to find someone who can actually assist us in resolving this payment problem, so that we can continue enjoying the improved service. It's quite frustrating, to be honest!
Subscription payout error
I've had a bit of a problem with my subscription payment on Teachable recently, and I'm really not happy with the service they've given me. I've been on the Pro Plan for about four years now, but there was a mix-up in the finance department which meant part of my payout was done in US dollars instead of Canadian like usual. Because my bank is in Canada, the payment didn't go through. It's been 20 days since this happened, and I'm still waiting for Teachable to sort it out.

So, I had a bit of bother with a course not loading but the support team were really helpful and let me know what the issue was and how to sort it out quickly.

I had an amazing experience with the service I received. The instructor really understood my issue and explained the solution clearly and concisely. He also took the time to answer some other questions I had, which was really nice. Overall, I found the whole experience very informative and helpful.
