    iPhone 14 purchase

    I recently got myself an iPhone 14 from this company since my previous provider of five years let me down. After I researched a bit, I came across e2save and was really impressed by their offers. Ordering was easy peasy, and the phone arrived in a decent time frame. I did have a slight hiccup with the delivery due to some courier issues, but overall, my experience with e2save was great, and I'm pleased with my purchase. I haven't had a chance to test the network reliability yet, but I'm optimistic that it'll be better than my old provider. So long to them, and hello to e2save!

    My experience with the company has been really good. At first, I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews I had seen, but I thought I'd give them a go. Ordering was easy and I didn't have any big problems. The customer service I got was great, they were quick and knew what they were talking about. When it comes to pricing, I thought the deals were pretty good, especially when compared to other shops. However, my phone was late because of the courier company, which was annoying. But even with that hiccup, I thought the service from the company was impressive.

    I always buy stuff, any stuff from only those shops where I get some connection. It may sound wierd but that is how it is. I like to know the brand or person from whom I am getting the stuff. I like to be trustful of the person. But with E2save convinces me how a brand can spread a good word around. I cam to know about them a year ago.
    I have already told lot of people about it, just in the sense of excitment.
    THEY have great offers, discounts and range of products. They also provide SIM and all.

    I recently purchased an iPhone 13 with a phone contract from this website. I found some really good deals on phones and contracts. The design of the website felt a bit old-fashioned, but I didn't have any trouble finding my way around. Ordering was easy, I just had to enter my details and it was delivered the next day by DPD.     I've got to tell you about this dodgy mobile provider I had the misfortune of dealing with. They said my monthly contract price wouldn't go up until a specific date, but they broke their promise and increased it a whole year earlier. It's just not on, is it? Businesses shouldn't be getting away with that kind of sneaky behaviour. They clearly care more about making money than keeping their customers happy. I'd steer clear of them if I were you, mate.

They said it would be delivered on March 10th in the confirmation email, but then I got another message just two days back saying it was coming today. The phones showed up on time and were simple to set up. I found a great deal on e2save and all in all, I'm happy with my buy.

    I ordered an iPhone from this place, but it never showed up. I waited for ages and when I eventually checked, they told me the transaction was declined without any explanation. I spent a long time on hold with my bank trying to work out what had happened, and they had no clue about any problem. I attempted to order again twice, but it failed both times with no reason given. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, it's a complete waste of time.

    Replacement phone mix-up

    They went and lost my first phone, then it took them absolutely ages to send a replacement, and when it finally arrived, they sent the wrong phone altogether! I gave them a ring to try and sort it out, but they told me it was all too late to do anything about it. Honestly, the service was just terrible from beginning to end, and I'm really not looking forward to having to sort out this whole mess.

    Overpriced second-hand looking phone

    I recently bought a phone from this company, thinking I'd get a shiny new iPhone 15 plus. But alas, when it arrived, it looked like someone else had already had their hands on it. On top of that, it was linked to a phone number that was a nightmare to get rid of. I splashed out loads of money on a phone that I could've easily found for much less elsewhere.     Well, I was after a phone contract because, you know, I'm a 12-year-old with a good allowance and all that. Anyway, this bank messed up my credit rating during the pandemic, which, you know, wasn't great. I tried to apply for a contract in this one place a few times, but they kept saying my bank details didn't match, even though they did! Then, when they finally accepted it, they cancelled it after just an hour because of the credit check issues. I mean, seriously, why not sort that out first before wasting everyone's time, right?

    Being a customer at e2save, I have to say that even though cashback offers can look good and help you save a lot of money, my time with e2save has been pretty disappointing. On two separate occasions, I had some serious problems with getting my cashback, which was a surprise coming from a company linked to a big brand. Waiting so long for my cashback has been really annoying, and it seems like the company isn't keeping its promises. It's not just about the money, but the principles and honesty of the business. Sadly, my time with e2save has left me feeling let down and I might not come back as a customer.

    My old phone got wet and conked out, so I urgently needed a new one. The new phone turned up sooner than anticipated, but I couldn't get the PIN in time. The delivery driver promised to bring it back in two days, but they never did! They ended up cancelling my order without even checking with me first. I've sent three emails requesting for the phone to be sent again, now I've got to start the whole process from scratch. It's just so frustrating!

    I got a new phone from here, it was pretty cool I guess, but the box was ripped, which was a bit disappointing. The phone itself was fine, but the damaged box was a real let-down.
