    Clubcard offer with Wi-Fi calling

    The Clubcard deal with Wi-Fi calling really caught my eye, especially since the signal for mobile phones is pretty rubbish round my way. The price stayed the same throughout the contract, and I found the suggestions about deals near the contract ending really helpful. Plus, the fact that there won't be any roaming charges until 2025 was a brilliant extra perk for me. All in all, I was really happy with the offer and the service from the staff was top-notch.

    switched to Tesco Mobile for communication needs

    After battling with my old provider for more than ten years, I made the decision to switch to Tesco Mobile. I had heard good things about them being a top provider in Which magazine, and their Clubcard deals looked pretty tempting. I was really happy with how easy it was to transfer my number and how smoothly everything went. In the end, I'd definitely suggest Tesco Mobile to anyone wanting a dependable and user-friendly mobile service.

    I'm really not happy with this mobile network's signal in England. It's just not consistent, which makes calling and using data a real pain. On top of that, I've had trouble using the club card services in their shops, which is so annoying. Being stuck in a 2-year contract with them has been a letdown, to be honest.

    I popped down to the shop to pick up my new phone and honestly, the lady who helped me was just fantastic. Her name's Laura and she works at the Llanelli branch. She really knew her stuff and made sure I got the perfect phone. Definitely ask for her when you go, you won't be disappointed!

    Two mobile contracts

    I can't believe how terrible the signal coverage is with this mobile network provider. I've got two contracts with them, and both phones have been really struggling to get a good signal recently. When I told their customer service about it, they just kept saying it must be my phones' fault. I tried to explain that both phones were having the same problem, but they didn't want to listen and just ignored me.

    Unreliable network service

    I've had an awful time with this network provider. The signal is really bad, especially indoors - there's basically no signal at all. I always have problems with connecting to the internet and I've never come across such terrible service before. The network seems old-fashioned and untrustworthy, like it's stuck in the past.

    Ported mobile number

    I've just switched my mobile number to this new service provider and it's been a real nightmare. They said it would only take 4 hours for the transfer to be sorted, but it's now been 5 days and my number still isn't working properly. I've phoned them several times and each time I've been given a different excuse for the hold-up. It's really frustrating not having access to my emails and having to deal with all this hassle just to get my phone number transferred. I'm actually thinking about cancelling my contract after only 8 days because of this.

    Took out SIM only contract

    I was really looking forward to getting my regular mobile on this SIM only contract I signed up for. But when the SIM arrived, my mobile was missing! I had to call and wait for days for them to sort it out - it's just so frustrating! Eventually, I asked to cancel the contract and they promised my number wouldn't be transferred. Turns out, that was a lie! Now I have no service, had to go to a store to call them, and I'm stuck on pay as you go. I've tried everything to get this fixed, even emailed the boss, but no luck. I'm not letting them get away with this - I'm going to report them to whoever I need to!
