Clubcard offer with Wi-Fi calling
The Clubcard deal with Wi-Fi calling really caught my eye, especially since the signal for mobile phones is pretty rubbish round my way. The price stayed the same throughout the contract, and I found the suggestions about deals near the contract ending really helpful. Plus, the fact that there won't be any roaming charges until 2025 was a brilliant extra perk for me. All in all, I was really happy with the offer and the service from the staff was top-notch.
switched to Tesco Mobile for communication needs
After battling with my old provider for more than ten years, I made the decision to switch to Tesco Mobile. I was really happy with how easy it was to transfer my number and how smoothly everything went. I changed my phone provider to one with a mobile service recently. I had a really good experience at their Warwick store, where a guy called Ranjit helped me out. He knew his stuff and was really polite. He made the whole process easy and made sure my new phone was all set up and working perfectly. Mobile phone contract
I'm really not happy with this mobile network's signal in England. It's just not consistent, which makes calling and using data a real pain. On top of that, I've had trouble using the club card services in their shops, which is so annoying. Being stuck in a 2-year contract with them has been a letdown, to be honest.

I was really impressed with the service I got when I set up my new phone. There was this guy, Curtis, who did a brilliant job at explaining everything clearly and making sure the switch between phones went without a hitch. He was so helpful throughout the whole process, it made everything run really smoothly. All in all, it was a top experience.

I popped down to the shop to pick up my new phone and honestly, the lady who helped me was just fantastic. Her name's Laura and she works at the Llanelli branch. She really knew her stuff and made sure I got the perfect phone. Definitely ask for her when you go, you won't be disappointed!
Two mobile contracts
I can't believe how terrible the signal coverage is with this mobile network provider. I've got two contracts with them, and both phones have been really struggling to get a good signal recently. When I told their customer service about it, they just kept saying it must be my phones' fault. I tried to explain that both phones were having the same problem, but they didn't want to listen and just ignored me.
Unreliable network service
I've had an awful time with this network provider. The signal is really bad, especially indoors - there's basically no signal at all. I always have problems with connecting to the internet and I've never come across such terrible service before. The network seems old-fashioned and untrustworthy, like it's stuck in the past.
Upgraded phone, extra data
I got a new phone and they chucked in some bonus data, but then whipped it away after just a couple of hours because they reckon that's long enough for a new day to begin. Totally unfair!

The mobile phone shop was great when I bought my new phone! They answered all my questions and made sure I got a good deal. They really care about their customers, unlike some other shops. I also appreciate that they offer a wide range of affordable options.
Loyalty
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I think it's time for me to go elsewhere. It's a shame that they don't give loyal customers discounts or special offers. The prices have gone up, and it's just not worth it for me anymore. Overall, they are decent, but they should really look after their loyal customers more.
Ported mobile number
I've just switched my mobile number to this new service provider and it's been a real nightmare. They said it would only take 4 hours for the transfer to be sorted, but it's now been 5 days and my number still isn't working properly. I've phoned them several times and each time I've been given a different excuse for the hold-up. It's really frustrating not having access to my emails and having to deal with all this hassle just to get my phone number transferred. I'm actually thinking about cancelling my contract after only 8 days because of this.

I had a great experience with them, they really listened to what I wanted and managed to find the perfect deal for me. I made the mistake of switching to another provider, but soon realised that they were the best network provider for me with no hidden fees. I highly recommend their services.
Took out SIM only contract
I was really looking forward to getting my regular mobile on this SIM only contract I signed up for. But when the SIM arrived, my mobile was missing! I had to call and wait for days for them to sort it out - it's just so frustrating! Eventually, I asked to cancel the contract and they promised my number wouldn't be transferred. Turns out, that was a lie! Now I have no service, had to go to a store to call them, and I'm stuck on pay as you go. I've tried everything to get this fixed, even emailed the boss, but no luck. I'm not letting them get away with this - I'm going to report them to whoever I need to!
Mobile purchase
I bought a new mobile phone at the shop in Willenhall and the staff there were really great. They were so helpful, professional and friendly, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was really impressed by their knowledge and how willing they were to assist me.
