    Wifi calling service for poor phone signal area

    I live in an area where phone signal is pretty much non-existent, so it's really important for me to have a service that lets me make calls over wifi at a reasonable price. I had a bad time with another provider, so about 7 years ago I thought I'd give ID Mobile a go. Switching back to ID Mobile was easy, and ever since then, I've been happy with the service they provide. The wifi calling feature has been a real help, keeping me connected even when I'm in places with dodgy phone signal. All in all, I'm glad I stuck with ID Mobile.

    Contract cancellation and billing issue

    Today, I cancelled my contract and paid my bills through direct debit. But then, I got a final demand saying I still owed £27.18. I was so confused, so I went online to check, and all I heard was a robot voice saying I didn't owe anything before the call ended. It's really frustrating and puzzling how they can't get their billing and communication right.

    Switched from Three to new provider for iPhone 15 and 100GB data

    I've just changed my phone provider to one that's offering a better deal for an iPhone 15 and 100GB of data. The switch was really easy and my old number was transferred to the new SIM in just a few hours. I'm happy because the network speed and coverage are still great, as the new provider uses the Three network. It's also a bonus that I can now roam in EU countries without any extra charges, which is perfect for someone who travels a lot like me.

    Consistent, reliable, good price

    ID Mobile is all in all a decent company, they offer reliable service at a reasonable price. Nevertheless, I've come across some problems with their app update, it feels like a step back. I can't log in using the new app and it looks like lots of other people are having the same problem. The previous app was working just fine, so I don't get why they felt the need to change it. Apart from that, I'd suggest ID Mobile for their trustworthy service and budget-friendly prices.

    Upgrade assistance and service

    I recently got some help with upgrading my phone and package from a really nice person at ID Mobile. They were so friendly and took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions, even though some of the technical stuff went over my head. But they were still quick and efficient.

    I'm really happy with my new phone and package, and it was so good that even my husband decided to switch his phone and provider too.

    Switch from Orange/EE to mobile network recommended by daughter

    I wasn't sure about changing from Orange/EE, where I'd been a customer for 23 years. But, I decided to give this new mobile network a go on my daughter's advice. It turned out to be a great decision! The cost is really good, customer service is excellent, they give me a heads up if there might be any extra charges and explain them clearly, and the coverage is brilliant. I'll definitely be sticking with this mobile network in the future.

    I was really looking forward to joining ID Mobile after it was suggested to me on MSE, but I faced an issue straight away. The only option for assistance was through web chat, and I have to say, it was quite frustrating. Chatting took ages and was really irritating, and both times I gave it a go, my issue wasn't resolved at all. I just ended up having to begin from scratch. I still have some queries, but I've just decided to stop thinking about it.

    Holiday SIM card

    I got a SIM card for my holiday to Portugal and the service was really good there! I could make calls and use the internet without any problems. However, when I got back to Middlewich, the signal was awful! I could hardly send a text most of the time, which was really frustrating. I wish it worked as well at home as it did on holiday.

    I recently bought a set of 3 pay as you go SIM cards online, but I've had a bit of a nightmare with the company. Only received 2 SIM cards instead of 3 and had a load of hassle trying to sign up on their website and app. Couldn't even call customer support for help, which was so frustrating. When I tried to cancel my Direct Debit, they sent me a scary email saying it could mess up my credit score. I'm really fed up with their lack of communication and support, and Carphone Warehouse doing a hard search on my credit record without asking just tops it all off, to be honest.
