Policy renewal with added boyfriend
I had to sort out my insurance policy last minute and Janice on live chat was really helpful! She helped me add my boyfriend to it and the price was amazing. It was really simple and pleasant dealing with Marshmallow. I've been with them since I started driving and they're the best!
Car insurance renewal
I was trying to cancel my car insurance renewal because I found a cheaper quote elsewhere. I made sure to disable the auto-renew feature and even gave them three days' notice before my renewal date. However, they still went ahead and renewed it, taking £900 from my bank account and causing me to go overdrawn. It has been really difficult to speak to an actual person to discuss this problem. Their automated system was not helpful at all, leaving me feeling frustrated and irritated. I attempted to email and call them, but it seemed like I was not getting through to anyone. I am really unhappy with how this situation has been handled.
Fast insurance, cool service
I absolutely love Marshmallow insurance! I needed insurance urgently and Marshmallow sorted me out in a jiffy. The process was really straightforward, I just had to provide a few bits of information and voilà, I was insured. The customer service was amazing too - they were really friendly and helpful. I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely be sticking with Marshmallow for all my insurance requirements in the future.

I just renewed something and it was so simple. Their app is really easy to use, but it's kinda creepy how much they know about you. Rick was fantastic - top-notch service! Well done, lads!

I've just renewed my car insurance and was so surprised to see that the price had gone up by a whopping 30%! I've been a loyal customer for a while, so I decided to get in touch with the company to see if they could sort something out. To my amazement, they got back to me really quickly. A guy called Teddy sorted out my details straight away and gave me a new quote at a much better price. What's more, he even managed to lower the excess amount I'd have to pay, which was a nice bonus. It's this kind of top-notch service that'll definitely make me stick with this company in the long run.

I bought car insurance from this company not long ago and I have to admit, I was really pleased with the service. The prices were fair and the staff were so nice and helpful when it came to sorting out any problems I had. I'd definitely suggest this company to all my mates.

One of the worst insurance company in UK . At the time of claim they try to reject your claim by saying fault reasons. My parked car had an accident somebody hit on the back it’s not my mistake but the third party not having insurance, when I contacted marshmallow they simplay said that I used my car in multiple locations .. I given all proof showing that I never used it but they haven’t responded, customer service is pathetic. I regret to choose this company and cheated by them . This complaint is dealing by my solicitor now, I will take them to court and fight till the end to get the compensation and don’t allow them to cheat any customers like me in future.
