    Flight from London to Spain

    Wow, my flight from London to Spain was absolutely amazing! The seats were so comfortable, and the TV screens had a ton of great shows and movies to choose from, it was fantastic! Plus, I got to enjoy some delicious food like pasta and chicken, and I had sodas and juices to drink too! The cabin was really cool, and it was my first time flying, I had the best time ever!

    Air Canada is staple mode of transport

    Air Canada is my usual flying mode, it is the largest domestic and international airline afterall, I prefer it often while my usual routes between America, Canada and Britain very often.

    Domestic flight experience

    My recent experience buying things on a flight within the UK wasn't great. The flight was delayed again, which annoyed me because I had important stuff to do. The plane was really cold, which made the journey uncomfortable. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing, even though I fly with them a lot. The computer systems for helping yourself were broken, causing more delays and problems. I got worried when I saw staff putting bags under emergency exit seats - that's not safe. It feels like Air Canada only gets by because there aren't many other options in the UK.

    Air travel booking experience

    My recent experience with booking flights was not great. It felt like there were obstacles at every turn and the whole process was a bit of a nightmare. The flights were delayed, the customer service was unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. One thing that really got to me was how hard it was to sit next to my husband on the flight without paying extra. It was frustrating. Another time, when my flight was delayed, the onboard service wasn't great - the attendant ignored me when I needed help with my luggage, even though I was obviously pregnant. All in all, this airline has really put me off and I'm thinking of trying out some other options for my next trip.

    Flight experience

    My experience with the airline has been absolutely terrible. Both my flights from London to Toronto to St. John's on May 22nd and from St. John's to Halifax on June 4th were delayed. The excuses provided for the delays were varied, from bad weather to delayed flight crew. To make matters worse, upon arriving in Toronto, we received conflicting and unclear information about the reasons for the delay. The situation became even more frustrating when we were told that the incoming flight had to return to Halifax, and Air Canada couldn't provide clear answers about refueling and continuing the journey. The lack of transparency and communication was a complete disaster. The check-in process this morning was also chaotic, which only added to my frustration. Suffice it to say, if and when I manage to return to the UK, I won't be flying with this airline again.

    Flight experience at Toronto airport

    My recent flight from Toronto airport was a total letdown. I had to deal with several delays, which eventually left me stuck at the airport for more than 8 hours. The airline staff barely helped or communicated with us, making the whole ordeal even worse. The measly $10 food voucher they gave us wasn't enough to buy anything decent in the overpriced food outlets. And their excuse about a supplier strike causing a lack of food on the flight sounded dodgy and didn't help improve the overall awful experience. The cabin crew seemed really indifferent and didn't bother engaging with the passengers, which just made the whole ambience on board more dull. After this disastrous journey, I've decided I won't be flying with this airline ever again.

    Nightmare flight experience

    So, my flight was completely delayed and it was honestly the worst thing ever. Instead of heading home in the early hours of the morning, I ended up having to fly to this totally random place called Istanbul, instead of the usual destinations like Frankfurt or Amsterdam. I mean, seriously, why would they do that to us? Flying in the opposite direction for hours is just not cool. And to top it off, I couldn't even pay to upgrade or change seats. Ugh, never again. Enduring 27 hours of travel is like pure torture! It's like they treat us as if we're not even paying customers, more like lemmings or something.

    Transatlantic flight experience

    During my recent trip across the pond, I was left feeling pretty disappointed with the whole airplane situation. I flew with this airline and let me tell you, it was not the greatest. The seats were so small and tight, almost felt like I was on a budget airline. And don't even get me started on the food - just some sad sandwich for lunch, a tiny dinner, and a protein bar for brekkie on a 15-hour flight! Shocking really. Like, how can they justify that for an international flight? And to top it off, the customer service was pretty shoddy too, hardly saw any flight attendants around to help out. It was obvious that they didn't care too much about making us passengers comfy or happy, which just added to the stress of the journey. All in all, I wouldn't choose to fly with them again, that's for sure.

    Oh what a nightmare! I really wish I had read the reviews before booking my flight tickets earlier this year. Let me spare you the gory details. Ended up being a day late for my flight due to a plane issue, then arrived a day early for the return trip, losing out on 2 whole days! And as for the compensation they promised, it's been 9 months now and I'm still waiting, despite all my efforts. I had to resort to filing a complaint online and with so many others doing the same, it feels like I'll be waiting forever. I absolutely won't be purchasing tickets from this company again, it's just not on.

    Flight tickets purchase

    I bought some plane tickets for me and my pets to go on a trip, but when we got to the airport, they told me they wouldn't let my dogs travel in the hold. It was a real hassle and my pets got really stressed out. I ended up missing my flight and had to sort out all sorts of paperwork and pay loads for them to stay in a kennel. The airline's response was terrible and they didn't seem to care about their customers at all.

    Flight from Copenhagen to Orlando with layover in Toronto

    I flew from Copenhagen to Orlando with a layover in Toronto on this airline recently. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service on board was not great, and our flight to Orlando was delayed by 3½ hours. The return journey was even worse. During check-in, we were suddenly told that we had to pay for our luggage on the way back, which was not made clear when we bought our tickets. Once again, the service on board was not up to par, and the food provided was probably the worst I've had on a flight. I won't be using this airline again for future trips.
