After builders clean
I paid for a 4 hour after builders clean which is charged by the hour. The cleaners arrived, looked round and then went to change their clothes. They didn't return for half an hour. Then after working for 1.5 hours they said they were going for food and didn't return for 50 minutes but said they would make up the time cleaning which they didn't. They ended up working around 3 hours yet when I contacted the office to complain it took days to reply and they didn't want to know.
They track their staff with trackers in the car and as the car was parked outside for 5 hours they believe they were there working all of that time when they were sat in the car for 2 hours.

Lamppost Planter With Light
Shocking customer service!
If your thinking of buying anything from coppers of Stortford thing again. they sell dodgy items that fail after purchase. Customer service 1/10.
i bought a street lamppost with planter from them great at the beginning then failed to work. Emailed company was offered a refund or replacement i said i want a replacement. Week went by with no delivery Emailed company 3 times that 2 weeks with no reply what so ever . Now i have a £50 BROKEN Lamppost in my garden.
I will keep putting these reviews all over social media so no other person has to buy cheap ... from Coppers of Stortford. They customer service is SHOCKING.
Don't forget there are other companies online that sell great items with fantastic reviews not like this company 1/10..

Swim gears
I used to buy my swimming gear from an offline shop but for some reasons didn't relocate with the gears when I relocated to another area. So while in my new area, it was difficult finding resuming my swimming practice due to lack of gear. However, a friend who is also a swimming enthusiast introduced me to SwimOutlet.com for all swimming needs. All I needed to do is stay at the comfort of my house and order whichever products of my choice from their website. Collection & Delivery
I had a broken sofa so needed a replacement the same day to avoid having to sit on the floor.
Anyvan had the guys pick up the new one and delivered to my house within 2 hours!! Not only that, the two delivery drivers were nice guys who even fitted the legs to the new sofa before leaving.

Halodrol and arimistane
They sell products of their own brand (fusion supplements} which are fake. Then they telly up to contact fusion supplements with my issue, which is impossible because they’re fusion supplements. The products were fake and expensive and the refused to accept responsibility, avoid at all cost. There are a lot better, and cheaper products out there from genuine websites.

I took them on and won. This is what you do.
4 day service took 5 weeks to arrive. 2 out of 8 boxes missing.
P2G made zero attempt in trying to work with UPS to find them, left up to me to arrange.
P2G didn’t even respond to 4 emails requesting a refund sent each week over 28 days.
Sent all details to credit card company and got a charge back (full refund) of £1200.
