Fitting shoes for toddler
I got some shoes for my little one in Newtownards, and it ended up causing painful ingrown toenails, so we had to go see a podiatrist. The shoes were just too tight, and it really hurt my 2 and a half year old, so we had to get medical help. But when I tried to get a refund, the staff member was so rude and wouldn't apologise. I'd suggest steering clear of this shop - they clearly don't care about kids' feet or wellbeing.

It seemed like they were just trying to get more money out of me without offering anything extra in return. Although I managed to get my money back for the holiday, those dodgy lot wouldn't refund me for the insurance. Even after getting legal advice and being told I should be refunded because of the pandemic, they still said no. I'd steer well clear of this company if I were you.

I was really disappointed with the service I got when I bought a treadmill recently. I tried to get in touch by email, but got no reply no matter how many times I tried. When the treadmill turned up, I couldn't even try it out because the plug was broken. It took ages of emailing back and forth, about 2 to 3 weeks, before they finally came to pick up the treadmill. And now, nearly another 3 weeks have gone by and I still haven't got my money back. It's just not on, especially with everything going on at the moment, and the fact that I paid in good faith for the treadmill.

Even though it was supposed to be an "Economy Ferry," there was no discount offered despite the poor service during the long four-hour journey. It was also disappointing to find out that the ferry was run by a company with a questionable reputation for how they treat their staff. After this experience, I'll definitely be looking to travel with a different company in the future.

Fault Repair
They're a reasonably priced provider, which I really appreciate. I was impressed that they actually answered the helpline call pretty quickly, it's definitely a plus in my book. They managed to fix the fault in a reasonable time frame, especially considering the nature of the issue. Our phone line went down 11 days ago, but luckily our broadband still worked and we had our mobile phones.
The engineer from Quinn, who works for a certain company, arrived the next day and confirmed that the problem was outside our house. An Openreach engineer came a week later and traced the fault to a post outside. A Quinn engineer adjusted the wire on the post, then an Openreach engineer came 4 days later to fix the wire under the grating on the road below the post. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Our house was wired in 20 years ago, so I understand the challenges that come with an old setup.
The call centre staff were friendly and helpful, and they kept in touch with us almost daily through calls and texts - although they could work on speaking slower for us older folks. Maybe a more advanced fault tracing kit for Quinn could speed up the process next time. But thank you for your help.Review about: Send-a-Cuddly

Safe transportation service
In the early hours of the morning, on a dimly lit street in Berlin, a situation unfolded that left me feeling vulnerable and frightened. As a woman travelling alone, the Uber driver abruptly insisted I exit the vehicle. I explained that I was unfamiliar with the area and had no idea how to find my way home (certainly not in Berlin!). He then resorted to threatening to involve the police. When his intimidation tactics failed, he resorted to physically attempting to remove me from the car, using excessive force, including a belt around my neck (there is video evidence of this unsettling incident). Eventually, the police were called to the scene, but seemed indifferent to the severity of the situation. How can it be that as a woman simply seeking a safe journey home, I end up in such a distressing situation at the hands of an Uber driver? And on top of it all, I am expected to pay for this harrowing experience? (Despite the cancellation fee) I have taken photographs and videos to document what happened. A stern warning about Ömer in Berlin!!! (Vehicle registration: B-LL 1282)... and perhaps a caution about Uber in general...

I just got back from a brilliant 5-day trip to Northumberland. Our coach driver, Dean, was a real gem - so funny and informative, it made the journey a laugh. Even though I'd heard some mixed reviews about the hotel near Newcastle Airport, it turned out to be better than I expected. The rooms were clean and simple, and the food was top-notch. I'd definitely think about booking with this travel company next time.

They're all made to order, and you can even get a matching headboard. Ordering was a piece of cake, delivery was really quick, and the quality of the build is excellent. I was genuinely amazed at how good it is for the price. There's loads of storage space, and the gas struts work perfectly. Delivery was great too, they brought it straight to my room and even took away my old bed. I'd give it a 10 out of 10, definitely recommend it, and will be coming back to shop here again!

I bought a rug on the 5th of February, and it was supposed to arrive in 6-8 days. It's been a while now since I placed the order, but there's no sign of it being sent out. After builders clean
I paid for a 4 hour after builders clean which is charged by the hour. The cleaners arrived, looked round and then went to change their clothes. They didn't return for half an hour. Then after working for 1.5 hours they said they were going for food and didn't return for 50 minutes but said they would make up the time cleaning which they didn't. They ended up working around 3 hours yet when I contacted the office to complain it took days to reply and they didn't want to know.
They track their staff with trackers in the car and as the car was parked outside for 5 hours they believe they were there working all of that time when they were sat in the car for 2 hours.

i bought a street lamppost with planter from them great at the beginning then failed to work. Emailed company was offered a refund or replacement i said i want a replacement. Week went by with no delivery Emailed company 3 times that 2 weeks with no reply what so ever . Now i have a £50 BROKEN Lamppost in my garden.
I will keep putting these reviews all over social media so no other person has to buy cheap ... from Coppers of Stortford. They customer service is SHOCKING.
