    Ski resort experience

    My recent stay at the ski resort was absolutely lovely. The staff in the ski room were really helpful and efficient, making sure all our equipment was set up perfectly for a comfortable experience on the slopes. The locker system for storing our skis and boots worked like a charm, making it super easy to access and put away our gear. The rooms were cosy and well looked after, providing a nice spot to relax after a day of skiing. The buffet restaurant had a great selection of tasty dishes, all beautifully presented and made by talented chefs. The only downside was that there seemed to be a lack of waiting staff, which resulted in slower service and longer wait times. Despite that, the ski resort's ski-in ski-out location was spot on for skiers with a bit of experience.

    Ski holiday at a winter resort

    I recently went on a ski holiday at a winter resort and had an amazing time overall. The travel arrangements were spot on, making check-in a breeze. The food at the resort was really tasty, a big step up from what I've had before. I loved hanging out at the bar and the ski lesson instructors were top-notch. It was great to see the children being looked after so well too. However, the night entertainment show was a bit of a letdown, it was really loud and made chatting difficult. The noise even carried up to the rooms, which was quite disruptive.

    Family fun vacation

    Our family had a fantastic time at this resort! There was something fun for everyone, from our 5-year-old youngest member to our 71-year-old oldest member. The activities catered to all ages, so no one felt left out or bored. The staff were so friendly and always made sure we were looked after. We loved trying new dishes from different cuisines, the food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean, a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Overall, it was an amazing experience that we will remember for years to come.

    Ski holiday at a resort

    The resort was absolutely brilliant. The package being all-inclusive made the holiday so easy and fun. Our French ski instructor was top-notch, taking us to the best slopes and helping us get better at skiing. The only downside was not having a swimming pool and missing out on watching the Scottish rugby games during the Six Nations. But overall, the resort was really good value for money, which is important as ski holidays are getting more expensive.

    Clubmed didn't charge me just once, they charged me twice!

    I still can't get over what went down at Clubmed! I ended up getting double-charged for a purchase I made. And when I rang up to get it all sorted, they had the nerve to suggest that I somehow did it on purpose. Ridiculous, right? I mean, I was fast asleep at one of the times they claimed I made the purchase. How on earth could I manage that in my sleep, huh?

    But wait, it gets worse. Turns out, they've stored my credit card details for some sneaky subscription service. That means they now have the power to dip into my account whenever they feel like it. I tried my darnedest to delete my info from their website, but there's just no way to do it. It's downright frightening to think they have that much control over my finances!

    Stay at resort

    The main bar area at the resort didn't have enough seats, so it was hard for us as a family of three to find somewhere to sit for two nights in a row. The food was a bit disappointing, not up to the usual standards you'd expect from a place like this. Snack options were limited and the same every night. We also had a few little problems with the room, like a TV that didn't work and a light switch that was broken, but the staff fixed them quickly.

    Delayed trip due to stolen passports

    My experience at that resort was an absolute nightmare. When our passports got stolen, and we contacted them to let them know about the situation, the customer service team's lack of empathy and support was really disappointing. We asked if we could reschedule our holiday until we got our new passports but they just didn't seem to understand at all. On top of that, they wouldn't refund most of the cost because we didn't tell them at least 14 days before - even though it was day 11, not closer to our travel date. It all just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'd definitely think twice about going back there again.

    My stay at the resort

    The atmosphere during mealtimes isn't quite the same as it used to be. I missed having a Game Organiser join us at the table and bring everyone together. The event itself was good, but some tables seemed a bit disorganised and didn't include couples properly. It felt like there were more Organisers than Managers, and they weren't as involved with the guests. In the past, if you wanted to play a sport on your own, a Manager would offer to join in, but that personal touch was missing this time.

    Family holiday

    The staff were brilliant and really made our family holiday special. They were always so friendly and did everything they could to make sure we had a fantastic time. The lifeguard was especially helpful, constantly there for us whenever we needed help by the pool. The facilities were excellent and we loved every bit of our stay.

    Ski holiday with a long-standing family company

    I'm afraid I had a really bad experience with the ski holiday company. When we got to the airport, there was no transport waiting for us so we were left stranded with my family, including our upset 2-year-old. The Club Med staff didn't seem to know what to do and weren't very helpful. We had to end up getting a taxi to where we were staying. They said they would compensate us for the mistake but we haven't heard anything from them yet. It's really disappointing, especially since we've been loyal customers for more than 20 years.

    Changing booking

    If you need to make changes to your booking, expect to be waiting for ages for Club Med to deal with it. It's been two weeks and there's been no movement at all! The phone line is constantly engaged, and when you do manage to get through, it feels like you're stuck in a loop. Perhaps give booking through France a go instead!

    Ski hire insurance issue

    My time at Club Med wasn't great because we got charged insurance for ski hires even though we said no. The staff didn't help and said it was our fault for signing the invoice. We had to look up what the charge was for because it wasn't explained properly. I complained to customer service in the UK but haven't heard back yet because they take 30 days to respond to post-holiday complaints.

    Luxury holiday experience

    The hotel location is absolutely stunning, the staff are really attentive and friendly, and the food is delicious. Overall, it's a top-notch experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury getaway.
