My family and I were traveling on a vacation and I wanted a trusted hospitality company that gives the best services. we wanted a suite with the best facility and service. After searching online and going through all the options provided I decided to seek the services of OYO rooms. I signed up with them and paid for a suite reservation. I am impressed with their services and will surely use them again whenever I intend to go on another vacation. I recommend OYO rooms to anyone looking to engage the services of an efficient hospitality company that have provision for both long stays, budget hotels student housing and more.

Hotel stay review
During my recent trip to Jaipur in February, I stayed at a lovely hotel and I have to say, it was absolutely brilliant. The room was really clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfy stay. I was so pleased to see a toothbrush in the room, it saved me the hassle of looking for one. The hotel was decent and had a mall attached, which was handy for shopping and eating out. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.
Stay bookings
I really love using this stay booking app for all my travels! It's so easy to use and I've never had any issues with booking accommodations. They have a wide range of options to suit different budgets, which is fantastic as I don't always have a huge amount of money to spare. Online booking nightmare
Booking a room through the app was a nightmare. I confirmed my reservation, only to be refused check-in at the hotel because they don't accept online bookings from the company. When I tried to contact customer support, they were no help at all, and just told me to speak to the hotel manager who wouldn't discuss it. Some hotels even asked for more money when I arrived, which made things even more frustrating. The whole experience was really annoying and a big waste of time and money. The rooms were dirty, dark, and not clean, with really filthy bathrooms making things worse. This happened many times, showing that it's not just a one-time problem but a regular issue with the service.
Accommodation booking experience
I had a really bad experience booking a room through OYO Rooms recently. We got to the hotel super early in the morning and were surprised to see no one at reception, and we couldn't even get in touch with the hotel directly. When we reached out to OYO for help, they struggled to get hold of the hotel owner and kept me on hold for ages. Eventually, they suggested another hotel 6 kilometres away in a dodgy area, which was not okay at all. The whole support system and the quality of the hotel were not up to scratch, making me doubt the reliability of the service they offer.
Stay at a property in Gurgaon
My time at the place in Gurgaon was just brilliant. As soon as I arrived and throughout my stay, the staff were amazing. The room was really nice and the staff made sure everything was perfect for me. Big thanks to OYO for a fantastic stay.
Hotel Booking Experience
I recently stayed at this hotel and boy, what a nightmare! I had booked a room and even confirmed with Mr Aswani, the receptionist, that we could check in early at 1 am. But when we got there with the whole family, they turned us away and told us to speak to customer service. Mr Aswani just completely went back on his word and wouldn't stick to what he promised about the early check-in. I tried to sort it out with OYO customer care but they were no help at all. They just said we had to wait until 12 pm to check in or risk losing our refund if we cancelled. It was just so frustrating and disappointing, to be honest.
Experience with online accommodation booking
I was really let down by my experience with the service. The photos of the accommodation I reserved looked nothing like the real place, and I was taken aback when the hotel tried to charge me extra even though I had already paid in full. I'm meant to be a 'Wizard member', so I expected better support and service, but all I got was frustration and feeling like I'd been conned. I couldn't even leave a review for the hotel I stayed at, and the reviews on the service's app seemed fake. I'd suggest checking Google reviews before booking with them. In general, both the hotels on the service and the service itself gave me the worst and most dishonest experience I've ever had. I recommend everyone to be careful and look into other options like Booking.com or Airbnb.
Booking cancellation issue
I went ahead and booked a room through this service for my trip to Jaipur. But then, out of the blue, as I was heading to my destination, the company ended up cancelling my booking. I quickly cancelled it too and got an email saying that the refund process had been started by the company. However, after waiting for several days, I still hadn't received my refund. It was really annoying because I had to make other plans for where to stay since my original booking got cancelled unexpectedly.
Hotel booking experience
My experience booking a hotel with this company was really annoying. I rang up to make a reservation and they told me a price and said early check-in at 7 am was part of the deal. But when I got to the hotel, they slapped on an extra 30% for early check-in, pushing up the total cost far beyond what I was originally told. It was a right pain and left me with a bad feeling about the whole thing.
Worst customer service experience
I had such a terrible time with the customer support team! I was trying to book a room in the evening, got in touch with the hotel, paid up, and yet they wouldn't let me check-in. It was an absolute nightmare! I won't be using this app ever again.
Room booking experience
I was really disappointed with my recent booking experience. I had booked a room for a particular date but when I arrived, they told me my booking was denied. To make matters worse, I discovered that the room I had reserved was actually sold to someone else at a higher price. The staff were so rude and unprofessional throughout the whole thing, which just made it all even more unpleasant. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking with this place again in the future.
Fraudulent hotel booking experience
I recently had a really bad experience with a hotel booking company. We tried to book four hotel rooms in Mysore for our elderly family members, but we had no luck with customer service and they didn't help when problems came up. We paid the full amount and ended up with no solution or refund, which is just not right. This company is dodgy for keeping our money even though they messed up – they're just out to get people's cash. I'm really not happy about what happened and I want to warn others to steer clear of their services.

I had a really awful experience trying to cancel my booking and get a refund. It was so frustrating and annoying, I definitely won't be booking with them again!
Overpriced booking
I'm really disappointed by the whole situation with booking a room through this service. I turned up at the hotel and they told me the price on their website was wrong. The owner was adamant about charging us more, which I wasn't happy about. The people from OYO were no help at all and couldn't sort things out, so we were left with nowhere to stay. It's definitely been the worst booking experience I've ever had.
