Booking holiday to Venice
I've just come back from a fantastic trip to Venice that I booked through this company. The person who helped me, let's keep their name a secret, was really helpful throughout the whole process. They made sure I had everything I needed and even assisted me with a difficult flight booking. The hotel they suggested was ideal, tucked away by a canal but still close to all the main attractions. Taking my daughter and granddaughters along was a brilliant idea, and we all had an amazing time exploring the city together. I'm already excited for my next adventure!
Family holiday booking
Recently I booked a family holiday through this travel agency and I have to say, the service I got was absolutely amazing. When I walked in, the staff, with Philip Laycock at the helm, really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. This was especially crucial for us as we had a child with specific needs and requests to take care of. Philip and his team put in so much effort to customise our holiday to fit those requirements, and they showed genuine concern and empathy throughout the whole process.
Holiday to Majorca
My holiday was absolutely fantastic! We decided to go to Majorca and it was absolutely brilliant. The travel company sent us emails keeping us informed of all the details which was really useful. The hotel we stayed at was just perfect and its location was ideal, right by the beach. Every second of the trip was so enjoyable, I really wish I could go back there right this minute. I am very excited to book another trip with them!
Website booking experience
I found the website booking experience to be really annoying. The site kept crashing and saying there were no more room types available whenever I tried to book. I had to keep refreshing the page and worried that I might have to call to make the booking. I also ended up missing out on a discount because I didn't want to leave the site to find a discount code, afraid that the room availability problem would happen again.

Brook was so lovely and really helped us choose the ideal holiday. Even though I was feeling down, he managed to put a smile on my face. I'll definitely be recommending this to my friends and family. 😊
Upgrade transport service
Brook from customer services was absolutely fantastic! He sorted out my transport upgrade for my holiday to Mexico and he did it with such a friendly and professional attitude. I was really pleased with how it all worked out.
Easy online booking process, quick paperwork, good hotel and flight choice, expensive transfers
I've just booked a holiday online and it was really easy and quick. The paperwork came through quickly, which was good. The only issue I had was having to manually add the booking to my account as it didn't show up automatically. On the plus side, there were lots of different hotels to choose from and the flight options were really convenient. The only downside was that the transfers were a bit expensive.
Mini break in sunny destination
I just booked a little holiday to a sunny spot with your company and I've got to say I was really impressed with the whole thing. The booking was easy, loads of options at good prices. Found an airport nearby to start, which was handy. When I got to the place, the hotel was great - close to the beach, tasty food, and the room was nice and clean.

Booking our holiday through the website was a breeze! I managed to adjust our flight times, arrange transfers, and even switch up our hotel options with no trouble at all. Baggage charge through the travel company
So, I paid for extra baggage with this travel company, yeah? But when I got to the airport, the airline didn't even have my extra baggage on record! And they expected me to pay AGAIN! It's like, such a strange scam, you know? Feels like they're in cahoots trying to swipe my cash or something.
Great customer service
I've never had much luck with customer service in the past, but tonight was a pleasant surprise. Courtney was absolutely fantastic and really saved the day for me. She dealt with everything so competently and made me feel a lot more at ease. I was convinced that everything was going downhill, but she managed to sort it all out.

Private taxi service
My experience with the private taxi service company was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. Even though they gave me clear instructions, trying to find the person they sent to meet me at the terminal was just a nightmare. They didn't have my name on the sign they were holding, which just added to the confusion and made things take longer. It wasn't a great start to my holiday, to say the least.
All-inclusive holiday package
The holiday package I bought was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. For starters, there were only two ladies' toilets in the whole hotel, which was a major pain considering how big it was. The food wasn't great - it arrived lukewarm and we had to zap it in the microwave to make sure it was safe to eat. It felt more like a 2-star hotel than the fancy all-inclusive trip I thought I had paid for. The snacks by the pool were pretty disappointing too; we were stuck with bland options like chips, butterless sandwiches, and salami with the rind still on. And don't get me started on the drinks - the cocktails and sangria were way overpriced, especially compared to other holidays I've been on in Spain. The front desk was seriously understaffed, so it took ages to get things like fresh towels for our room. The pool hours were limited, and the sunbeds were always locked up, which made it hard to relax - especially with no music playing. And to top it off, there was hardly any information in English at reception, so we were totally lost when it came to local tips or emergency contacts. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Danni really saved the day for us on our holiday! Our original hotel shut down, but she found us a new place to stay, which meant we could still celebrate our anniversary and birthday. We are so grateful to Danni for going the extra mile to help us out!
Flights purchase
I didn't realise how small the cabin bag was, so I had to pay extra for bigger bags on the plane. It actually turned out to be more expensive than I expected.
Vacation booking
I booked a holiday package back in March with this company, and unfortunately, it's been a bit of a nightmare. I tried getting in touch via their chat service and even messaged their overseas Whatsapp agents, but no one has bothered to respond to my questions or complaints. The way this company handles communication with customers is just shocking. I've never come across such a badly organised travel company before. I am really let down by the way they've treated me.
