Flight booking to India
I've recently booked a flight to India through this agency, and I have to say, the experience has been absolutely awful. The flight got cancelled back in August 2020 because of the pandemic, and since then, I've been trying to get my money back. Every time I give them a ring, they tell me the same old story - that the airline still hasn't refunded for the cancelled flight. So, I took matters into my own hands and got in touch with the airline directly, only to find out that the refund was actually processed back in December 2020! That level of dishonesty is really shocking and just not on. And to top it off, they even charge us customers an admin fee for a flight that was cancelled by the airlines - it's like rubbing salt in the wound. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, but after this disaster, I'll never be using their services again.
Booking for a continental holiday package
So, yeah, I was really keen on using Travelpack to book a fab holiday package for my family to the continent, but honestly, it was a nightmare. They accused us of trying to get something for free and totally messed up our booking. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, it was like they weren't listening at all. Even when my family suggested paying more or finding a solution, they just weren't interested. They really need to up their customer service game, no joke.

I'm really frustrated about not getting my refund from the airline I used back in November 2021. They keep blaming COVID for the delays, but Travelpack is still promoting and selling holidays. The director, Mr Vishal Patel, never bothers to call me back, and his staff always find excuses for not giving me my money back.

Recently, I booked a holiday package that included flights, transfers, and accommodation with this company called Travelpack. It's been a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I had to go back and forth with them to confirm all the details and then paid the full price. But then they sent me a confirmation email with changes that we didn't even discuss or agree on. I was really surprised and let down by their lack of communication and professionalism. Even when my travel agent tried to sort things out, the director of Travelpack was really rude and not helpful at all, which just made me even more annoyed. After all of this, I definitely won't be recommending Travelpack to anyone after this terrible experience.
