300 summer bulbs.
I ordered a load of summer bulbs from this company, but when they arrived, FOUR out of SEVEN packets were mouldy! I got in touch with them immediately, sent them emails with photos as evidence, and had to call them AGAIN because they weren't replying. Would you believe they were out of stock for replacements? I had to insist on getting my money back, and they didn't even apologise properly. It's as if they don't care about quality or customer service in the slightest. Absolutely appalling!

I bought some really nice clothes from this store recently and honestly, their collection is amazing! I came across some pieces there that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was all really straightforward, and the customer service was top-notch. The person I spoke to was really friendly and gave me great advice! The only drawback is that you can't swap for a different size immediately, you have to wait for the refund to go through first. But next time, I'll just order a few sizes to dodge the wait.

Garden furniture set
I just bought a garden furniture set from this store and I'm so pleased with it. It came quickly, was easy to put together, and looks fantastic in my garden. The only small issue was that the cover was delivered separately and came later than the furniture, so I would suggest waiting for the cover before assembling everything, especially with the unreliable weather we have in the UK! Amethyst ring stone in 3.5C
I recently bought an amethyst ring with a 3.5 carat stone, hoping for top-notch quality. Sadly, when it arrived, I was really disappointed with the stone. It looked dull and too light, not at all what I was expecting. I splashed out over $600 on this purchase, only to get something that wasn't even close to being worth that much. I'm beginning to suspect that either the stone is fake or it's just the lowest grade possible. I've tried cleaning it quite a few times, but it's not making any difference. I really wish I could show you a picture to demonstrate just how lacklustre it really is.

I wasn't too sure about getting a second-hand device from this company, but I thought I'd give it a go. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro, and while it was in decent condition, it wasn't as perfect as they said. There were a few small scratches and the screen had a noticeable yellow tint, probably because it's been used a lot with the OLED. I was a bit disappointed that there was no cable, charger, or fancy box in the package. I'd say this company is alright for second-hand devices, but just keep in mind that the condition might not be exactly as they describe it.
