Customer support experience
I've been in touch with their customer support team a few times now, and I must say I've been really impressed with how competent, quick, and friendly they are. Every time I've needed help, whether it's been with account problems or just general questions, they've always responded promptly and been really helpful. The customer service reps are always so well-informed and patient when it comes to sorting out any problems I've had. Overall, I've been really happy with the customer support I've received from this company.
Crypto to fiat card
Hey, so I ran into this issue with another company charging my card multiple times, but Bitpanda support really came through for me! They were super fast in resolving it and kept me updated throughout the process. Now I feel more confident if anything similar happens again, so I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends. Cryptocurrency purchases
I've been using this platform for a few years now to buy cryptocurrency, and I've never had any problems. The interface is really easy to use, which helps me do my transactions quickly and easily. Cryptocurrency trading experience
The platform has loads of different cryptocurrencies available to trade, and the customer service is really great. I had a really good experience trading and found the interface super easy to use. They've added lots of new coins and trading options which is really impressive. Overall, I would definitely recommend using this platform for trading cryptocurrency.
Transfer to my own address stopped.
My USDT transfer to my Trustwallet address has been stopped by Bitpanda since yesterday, and they haven't given me any reason why. They just said it should be working again "soon." They asked me to send a selfie with a note, which I did straight away, but there's been no movement since. Every day this transfer is held up, I'm losing out on possible earnings. I want them to lift this block on my transfer right away.
Transfer issue
I admit I messed up pretty bad with my money by making a mistake with Wise and Bitpanda. Basically, I moved money from my Wise account to Bitpanda, then sent it back to Wise. However, Wise then unexpectedly blocked my transactions and closed my account. I got in touch with Wise support, and they said my funds were sent back to Bitpanda, but there was an issue with the reference in the transaction. It's been almost a week now, and I'm caught in this frustrating situation where Bitpanda keeps emailing me about having my money but not actually giving it back. What a complete disaster!
Great platform, effective customer support, flexible dev teams
I wanted to say that this platform is really cool! I had such a good experience with them. The customer support team was really helpful and I love how flexible the development teams are. I felt like they really listened to my needs and went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be returning here for more!
Cryptocurrency trading platform
The platform makes it really easy for people to trade cryptocurrencies, with quick fiat transactions and links up with Icard. On top of that, investors can get themselves a bunch of tokens that get adjusted every month with the Bitpanda Crypto Index. But one let-down is the fact there's no option to trade through an order book, which is a shame especially since they switched to One Trading, where the order book isn't up to scratch. It would be great if Bitpanda could come up with a fix that's like One Trading but lets you trade a wider selection of tokens.
Cryptocurrency investment
I put quite a bit of money into a cryptocurrency platform recently, thinking I might make some profit. But it didn't go well at all. The platform was really hard to use and the customer support was pretty much useless. My money just seemed to vanish without any clear reason, which left me feeling annoyed and let down. So I've decided to stop using that platform altogether now.
Difficult situation with account
My time with this trading company has been really frustrating and disappointing. At first, I was happy with their services, but then out of nowhere they blocked my account for reasons that I find ridiculous. The customer service team on this platform really went above and beyond to help me out with my issue quickly and effectively. I reached out using the HelpDesk ticket system to explain my concern and even though it took a bit of time to get the email situation sorted, the support team made sure to keep me in the loop with regular updates, which was a relief. Recent account lock
My recent experience with the platform has been really frustrating as my account got locked without any clear explanation. I've tried contacting the support team several times but still haven't received a satisfactory reason for why my account was locked. It's been over three years now and I still can't access my account, affecting my trading abilities. On top of that, I can't even open a new account with the platform, making the whole process time-consuming and unproductive. Trust is so important when it comes to trading platforms, and my experience has left me feeling let down and disheartened. Based on what I've been through, I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone.
Cryptocurrency trading
As someone who uses this platform, I have to say that the service they offer is just terrible. The support team is not very helpful at all and it feels like they just copy and paste responses that don't even solve the problems customers are having. It's really annoying to get responses that don't actually help with the issues we're experiencing, and it seems like they're not even reading our support tickets properly. Their lack of understanding and empathy is pretty disappointing. It's like they don't really care about the problems customers are dealing with.
Had an issue with my date of birth
I've been using this app since 2021, and everything was going well until I realised they had my date of birth wrong. Thankfully, after getting in touch with them, they sorted it out promptly. The customer service was brilliant, and the person I spoke to was really helpful.
Crypto purchases
Honestly, I've been involved in cryptocurrency for quite some time now, and I have to say, the customer service at this place is top-notch. They really go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer. The staff are always quick to respond and are happy to assist with any problems or queries. I've been a customer for years and I don't see myself changing anytime soon. Keep up the great work!
Transfer fees on small amounts
Bitpanda is a pretty good platform in general, but those transfer fees for small amounts are just crazy! I do like how convenient Bitpanda is to use, but getting hit with a whopping 20% in fees for sending a measly 20 Euros worth of ETH to Metamask is way too much. I get there are gas fees involved, but then when I swap on Metamask, there's barely anything left. It would be really nice if Bitpanda could cut down on their fees for those small transactions in the future. And it would also be really handy if they could add in features like Cointracking or Bitlock to help make tax stuff easier for users.
First time buying crypto from Bitpanda
So, I've recently started getting into crypto and decided to try out this platform. I have to say, it's honestly perfect for newcomers like myself. The layout is really simple to navigate, and I definitely feel comfortable using it with my money. I mean, who wants to risk shady crypto websites, eh? Bitpanda is definitely the best option for someone like me who's new to this whole crypto world and based in the EU. Believe me, you won't regret giving them a try!

Account blocked, stupid reasons
Yeah, so I signed up for an account, right? Then I went to a country where they don't offer their service, and my account got blocked permanently with my money in it! And you know what the reason was? I logged in from a different country. Seriously? Can't even travel in peace with these guys around. I wouldn't recommend this wallet, they're dodgy and just trying to take your money. And good luck trying to talk to them, they're as stubborn as sheep. I'm happier using my ledger now, at least they offer a CL CARD. Keep your wallet offline, folks. Unless you're using Binance - that's the only trustworthy wallet option out there.
