Working good
Of course this is not a new product or service,many agencies are working these days worldwide.
I mostly purchase unique and antic items from different part of world and I use to pay accordingly.
CurrencyFair is my favorite agency I use to pay every time. There are some nominal charges but this is affordable.
But I am very reserve to recommend any one for any services and products.
This agency is very good for me at least so far (last three years)..Never required to contact their customer team..So what I believe but if any one wish to use this agency,must try first time as experimental if you find everything as promised,go ahead.Currency exchange and money transfer
I have been using this service for a while now, and I have to say it's definitely the best currency exchange and money transfer platform I've found. The interface is really easy to use, which makes it simple to move around and complete transactions fast. And the rates are way better than other choices I've tried before. Ever since I found this platform, I haven't turned back - it's now my go-to for all my currency exchange needs.
Fund transfer experience
This app is really easy to use! I really like how straightforward it is to transfer my money. There was this one time when I had a small issue with my funds, but I phoned the help number and the person on the other end was really friendly and sorted it out straight away. Sometimes it can take a bit longer to get a reply to emails, but in general, my experience with this company has been excellent. The staff are all really approachable and knowledgeable.
Efficient money transfer
Why bother looking elsewhere, when you can use this service that's fast, trustworthy, and gets things done smoothly? The exchange rate was good and the transfer fee didn't cost much. The money was in my recipient's account the very next day, which really impressed me. All in all, I had a fantastic experience using this service.

I've just had a bit of a problem with getting my money sorted out on CurrencyFair. I got emails saying the funds were transferred, but after 3 weeks they still haven't shown up in my account. It's been a real pain because I had another transaction planned and now it's all messed up.

I’ve been using this currency exchange service since around 2006 and I’ve always found it easy to use. The transfers go through really quickly and I always get a good rate. I definitely plan on using this service in the future.
Issue with funds transfer
It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get our funds transferred through this company. They kept our money in their holding account for more than 3 weeks, and even after they identified our funds, they couldn't process them efficiently. We spent ages on the phone with their customer service, but all we got were empty promises of sorting it out within 24 hours. Our numerous emails were ignored, which just added to our frustration. It was only when we threatened to involve the regulator that they finally accepted our funds and exchanged them into British pounds. However, the transfer out is still "In Progress," leaving us feeling uncertain and even more frustrated. The lack of professionalism and their inability to handle basic transactions by this company is just not acceptable.

Oh my goodness, dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare! I just wanted to exchange my currency, but it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Their customer service was non-existent, I couldn't get through on the phone, no matter how long I waited, and my emails were completely ignored. The instructions on their website were outdated and impossible to follow. It was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like I wasted my time and energy dealing with them.

I'm afraid my recent Euro to Sterling exchange experience with this service has been quite disappointing. I sent the funds for my daughter's bank account and a birthday present for my granddaughter but the transaction is still pending. I've tried reaching out via email, but haven't heard back yet, which is really frustrating and worrying. I've been using this service for a long time and one of the things I've always liked is the quick exchange quote. However, it seems that feature is no longer available, making the whole process more difficult and uncertain. I'm hoping for a prompt assistance to sort this out and regain my trust in the service.

I'm really disappointed with the recent changes to the platform, especially the fact that they've taken away some really important features like being able to check where the funds are coming from and the option to buy at a trigger rate. Those features were really useful and not having them now makes the platform a lot less friendly to use. What's more frustrating is this new policy they've brought in where funds have to be exchanged straight away when they arrive, without giving customers any chance to see if they can get a better rate on the market. All in all, I just feel like these changes have made my experience with the platform worse.

It's been a whole week since my funds were transferred and I haven't heard anything back. This level of service was a big drop from what I've been used to over the past ten years of using the platform. It's got me thinking about taking my business elsewhere in the future. I'd suggest avoiding the service until they sort out their current issues.

I made a big international money transfer using this service recently. But for some reason, the funds didn't go through straight away like they were supposed to.
