I'm currently halfway through my Invisalign treatment and I have to say, I'm really loving it! It's pretty amazing to see how much my teeth have already changed in such a short time. The digital scanning of my teeth was really good, giving accurate measurements for my treatment plan. The dental nurse I was with was very professional and knew a lot, she helped me understand each part of the teeth straightening process. Salina, the staff member I spoke to, was not only nice but also really good at her job, which made my time at the clinic really enjoyable and successful.

I've been a customer for ages and have had a lot of trouble with my Invisalign clear aligners. They started off okay, but then they kept breaking and not fitting properly. I've had to get rescanned twice and given new aligners, but now I'm on my 4th set and still waiting for an appointment to get the attachments put on my teeth. The company's communication and follow-up has been really disappointing. I haven't had aligners since October last year, so whatever progress I made has been lost. I really hope they start addressing my concerns or at least give me a refund so I can go to my regular dentist for treatment.
Refining aligner scan
I recently finished my first year using aligners and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how things have turned out. But you know what, I did run into a few problems with my first set towards the end not fitting quite right, so I had to get some refining aligners. That whole process was a bit annoying because I had to go through all the aligners again before I could even get scanned for the new set. And then I had to wait 7 weeks for them to arrive, which was not ideal.
But you know what, I get that this refining process is all part of the initial package cost, so I can't complain too much. It's actually nice to see that they're paying so much attention to make sure my teeth are moving the way they should before I move on to the retainer stage. The company has been really good at giving me feedback after my at-home scans, so it's been pretty easy to figure out what I need to do next.
The aligners themselves have been pretty comfortable to wear, and I've definitely noticed a difference in how my teeth are lining up. When I went for my scan recently, I was really impressed by Selina, the dental nurse. She was so friendly and knew her stuff, and she gave me instant feedback and reassurance that more aligners would be on their way soon.

I recently bought a set of aligners from this company to help straighten my teeth. I've been using them since January and I'm now on the 12th set out of the 18 they provided. The aligners have actually been quite comfy to wear, and I've noticed some small changes in how my teeth are lining up. But, I was hoping for more communication and support from the company as I went along. Even though I've sent questions via WhatsApp, I haven't got very helpful responses, which has made me feel a bit uneasy. I'll wait until I finish my treatment to make my final decision, but at the moment, I'm a bit let down by the customer service.

At the beginning, things were great and I was really impressed with the level of care I received. However, when it came to the actual results from the aligners, they didn't quite match up to what was predicted in the scan. I had to wait ages for a follow-up appointment, during which I had to make do with cracked aligners to keep my teeth in check.
When the new aligners finally arrived, they had unnecessary attachments that didn't match the original scan. I raised my concerns, but all I got was advice to book another appointment, dragging out the whole process even more. It was only when I saw Selena that I found out about the issue with the attachments and now I'm waiting once again for a new set of aligners in the hope that they'll finally get my teeth to where they're supposed to be.Invisalign aligners

Alligners review
So, I have to say, it was a bit of a nightmare trying to get my hands on my aligners after moving to Dubai. Even though I informed Dw about the relocation, it still took a while to sort things out. But I must give credit where it's due, the team kept me in the loop and made sure I eventually received them. I have to spill the tea and say that Dw really impressed me this week. My teeth are almost there, but not quite matching the smile promise yet. Worried they wouldn't take me seriously, I sent them some pictures of my current smile and they were quick to respond, advising me to go back three sets. When I confessed that the last two sets had broken, they wasted no time in setting up a new scan and possible refinements. Huge props to the team for their speedy and enthusiastic help in getting my smile right. I can't thank them enough! Thanks guys.

Aligners for straightening teeth
The people at the clinic were so kind when I had my scans and x-rays done. A lovely assistant rang me up afterwards and talked me through everything. Then the orthodontist gave me a call and addressed all of my queries. Now I have my aligners and my treatment has begun. I can already see my teeth starting to straighten, which is really exciting. The service was fantastic and getting the aligners was definitely a good decision!
Makes me more beautiful
For years now, I have been suffering from crossbites because of the spaces between my teeth. I have tried using braces but makes me look weird.
