cheap and natural

    Vitamins and other products

    The people who work in this shop really know their stuff and are always there to lend a hand if I have any questions about a product. I've been shopping here for ages and they always have what I'm looking for, especially when it comes to vitamins and health stuff. It's great that I can use my blue light card and rewards card to save a bit of cash when I'm stocking up.

    Protein powder and vitamins

    I love going to that shop because they have everything I need. The staff are so friendly and always happy to assist me in finding what I want. The protein powder and vitamins I purchased from there are fantastic, they make me feel so healthy and strong. It's a shame that the shop in Littlehampton closed down because I used to visit it regularly.

    I bought something from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed.     I've been shopping at this store for years and I really depend on it for all my supplements and general bits and bobs. The delivery has always been speedy, and I love a good deal when they have offers on. Even though other places might appear cheaper online, I stick with this store because I trust the quality and authenticity of their products. It's crucial for me to know that I'm getting my money's worth and that what I'm buying is safe.     Damaged chocolate order

    I recently had a bit of a rubbish experience with an online order I placed with this store. So, my delivery arrived yesterday, and much to my dismay, the HB chocolate I had been eagerly waiting for was all smashed up. I quickly got in touch with their customer service through the online chat, giving them all the info they needed. But, to my dismay, I didn't hear anything back from them. Feeling well annoyed by the lack of response, I then decided to send an email directly, yet here I am, 24 hours later, and still no reply. This sort of poor customer service is just not on, and I must say, I am pretty disappointed by the whole thing.

    Multivitamins and protein powder

    I've bought a few things from this shop and I must say, I've been really impressed. The stuff I got were exactly what I needed and they were really good quality. The staff were really nice and helpful, which made shopping there a lot more fun. The prices were fair, especially considering how good the stuff was. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought and I'd definitely tell others to check out this shop.

    I have shopped online with Holland & Barrett since the start of the Covid pandemic. I can get very good prices when they are doing special offers. But set against this is very poor customer service. In particular very poor packing of goods resulting in damage to products. They also use Hermes/Evri for deliveries who do not deliver on time and again damage deliveries through careless handling. When you try to complain it is also automated responses and there is no evidence that they are trying to improve their service. Attached is a photo of my most recent delivery - split milk cartons in a poorly packed box.

    I had a subscribe and save subscription showing 9 orders between £40.00-£50.00. The 5th is supposed to be free as advertised on their website. On 3 occasions their online system was unable to take my money so that I called in and paid directly (with the same card) for my orders. After being cut off then having a long conversation with Sue today they refused to honour their obligation and stated that as 3 orders had not gone through the subscribe and save online system I was not due the free order when in fact I should have had 2 free orders by now! Sue was unable to put me through to a supervisor although she told me my case ref: 3087835. This is a disgrace, I have been a long and loyal customer - I have now cancelled my subscribe and save ongoing order and will find alternative products elsewhere and I suggest all readers to the same.

    Overpriced products, far from natural, vouchers not working, offers not working. Their customer service is truly terrible. They are slow to understand and react. In fact, they don't do anything. They only promise to do something, but never do. With this level of goods and service, I don't know how Holland&Barrett still have customers at all. We now buy all our supplements elsewhere - much better value, much less stress and wasted time

    Cod Liver Oil & Eyebright Capsules

    I thought I’d give H&B online another try (previous problems with slow delivery, missing products, and no stock despite taking my money). I mean how long can a big company like H&B continue to provide such a ... service? Big mistake, ordered last Thursday (it’s Tuesday now), payment confirmation received from PayPal, but no order confirmation or despatch notification from H&B. Can’t get through on phone, have emailed and sent FB message but I am not hopeful of any response. I have a feeling I will end up ordering from Amazon and getting PayPal to refund my H&B payment

    Kind earth shampoo bars

    Products are good, I love using them but the prices are too high. The shampoo bars are very small & I don't know how long they will last so I had to buy another which wasn't a problem. In fact I bought two as it was on the penny sale.. even better right... The problems are they don't stock them in my shop so I have to buy online and with that I have to pay a fee for delivery as they no longer do click and collect for free??? No idea why , yet another way for companies to make more money even in a time when ppl are struggling. Then there's the delivery. I paid for next day delivery except it's never next day... 2 days later it arrives.. so sick of being taking for every penny by the already rich.

    Be Careful Using The Miaroma Relaxing Lavender Sleep Mist Spray! I bought this Miaroma Sleep Mist Spray late last spring and after using it, I developed a allergic reaction and I didn't realize at first. Then I started to get inflamed spots and pimples all of a sudden and I didn't know that this product was causing it, because I thought that it was nearly summer that it might be a prickly heat rash. I then got a nasty pimple on the nose that took a couple of days to go away but, it left a indented scar. This was the last straw and I stopped using Miaroma Sleep Mist Spray and I complained to Holland & Barrett. But, they continue to sell this product that show's that they don't care about customer wellbeing.
    I wouldn't recommend this Miaroma Relaxing Lavender Sleep Mist Spray.

    It's true what others have said - the customer service is non-existent. No one answers emails. If they do it is a rare occurrence.
    I have been tempted because their products are good value and they have some really good items.
    However- be prepared for missing items, damaged items, and basically no way to contact anyone to sort things out. I've had one or two orders with good discounts and only one or two products crushed, split open, etc.
    Gamble at your peril!! You could get a complete bargain or a complete disaster... ;)

    Never again will I use online, Clicked on the buy one get one for a penny. DID NOT GET THE ONE FOR A PENNY !!!!! VERY UNHAPPY been a customer of H&B for years . I complained and an Email said they would get in touch within 7 days, STILL WAITING.Because of our ages we are not going to shops, First time on line . NEVER AGAIN with HOLLAND & BARRETT.     Terrible experience, still not received my order 4 weeks after ordering. Can't get through one phone, they just send a generic response to emails.
    I'd have done 1 star for service, ordering and delivery but this site isn't letting me do one star

    I raised a PayPal dispute so items started to trickle through in multiple packages, unsurprisingly where I'd ordered 2 of an expensive item usually only one was sent. There is one item they acknowledge was out of stock and said they'd refund but haven't. They've offered a small amount via PayPal to resolve the dispute, no indication how they arrived at that figure as it doesn't match anything. No response to my customer services email listing what wasn't included and was damaged (food loose in one box). This is taking so much of my time it's not financially worth pursuing to me but I don't want to let them get away with stealing my money.

    I use my regular branch in green ford. Usually the staff is very friendly, polite, helpful and respectful. But today a member of staff had extremely rude and unpleasant behaviour attitude. While I was still packing my shopping at the till area after the payment, she said" I am waiting for you to move out so I can come out". I found this behaviour completely rude and unpleasant. Upon asking, she rebuked and snapped towards me. I am disappointed and unhappy about this response from your staff. I am expecting an apology and hopefully Holland and Barrett train their staff towards customer services. This staff I refer to is called smanatha.
