I'm a regular customer of this company and I've ordered from them multiple times. Every time I've bought multivitamins and omega-3 supplements, I've been happy with the quality and value. The products are effective and reliable, so I'll definitely keep ordering from them. Sometimes delivery can be a bit slow, taking up to 2 weeks to arrive, but I know it's because the items come all the way from America. I haven't had any missing parcels, so I think any issues would be more to do with the delivery company than the company itself. I haven't had to ask for refunds or deal with missing parcels myself, but I'm hoping that won't be a problem with my future orders.

I got my orders so fast. I used it according to the prescription and I can testify to its effectiveness. But when I opened the parcel, I realised one of the serums was the wrong one. I got in touch with customer service straight away and was shocked by how sorry, polite, and quick they were in offering a refund for the mix-up. Not only did they refund me, but they also said I could keep the extra item as a little gift. Their customer service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Cod liver oil purchase
Yeah, so I kind of ended up buying some cod liver oil from iHerb without really looking into whether they were a legit company or not. After hearing some dodgy things online, I started to worry a bit. But I decided to reach out to the oil manufacturer, and they reassured me that iHerb is a reliable retailer. Luckily, the oil arrived within a week and everything seemed fine with it. Nothing strange at all, but I'm not entirely sure if I'd choose to shop from them again. Oh, and surprisingly, I didn't have to pay any import taxes. Bit strange, really.

I absolutely love shopping at this store! I always buy my organic vitamins and sunscreen from here. They come all the way from the US and are so much better than products from the UK. The package always arrives quickly and in perfect condition. I feel super safe ordering from here!

I was a bit nervous about ordering because of some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it and ordered some pricey supplements. Initially, I was wondering where my order was, but eventually discovered they were in my shed all along because I used my phone number instead of my email address. What a silly mistake on my part! Luckily, the customer service team was really helpful and now I've finally got my supplements!

Hi everyone, I decided to order the Daily Cleanse supplement. I was a bit concerned after seeing some reviews questioning its legitimacy. However, much to my relief, it arrived without any issues! There were no unexpected charges or taxes, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was that the shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, but I suppose that's understandable since it wasn't being shipped from the UK. I was under the impression that this website was based in the UK, but it's actually in the USA. The delivery was estimated to take 14 days, but surprisingly it arrived in just 10 days, which was fantastic! The products are of excellent quality, nicely packaged, and well-protected inside. Supplements
I recently bought some supplements from iHerb and I must say, I was quite upset by the hidden costs like VAT, import duty, and handling charges. Even though they have a lot of different products to choose from, I wasn't happy with the fact that they didn't tell me about these extra charges when I placed my order. It made me feel like I was being misled when I used the app and visited the 'UK' site, only to find out later that the items were actually coming from the USA or Far East, which could mean more fees for me.
Blocked website due to adware
I couldn't get onto the website because it was blocked by adware. Malwarebytes Browser Guard warned me that there might be some dodgy stuff going on, so I couldn't see what was on the page. It's a shame because I was looking forward to checking out what they had to offer. I just hope they sort out the adware problem quickly so that everyone can browse safely.

I had a really good time shopping for dietary supplements on iHerb. Even though some people said their parcels went missing, my order came right on time and everything was in great condition. Also, it's worrying to hear that they're deleting bad reviews - that's not okay in most places.
