Fasting programme benefits
I've been using a fasting programme for a while now, and it always works well for me. It's really easy to stick to, helping me to give my body a break and make me feel revitalised. The only downsides I've found are that I miss an old flavour I used to have and they don't provide a free water bottle. Despite that, I think this fasting programme is great and I'll definitely keep using it. I'm amazed at how much more energised and rejuvenated I feel in such a short time.

I've been on the Prolon program for three years now and I've done 13 rounds already. Overall, I don't find it too hard, but day 3 can be a bit tough sometimes. It has really made me feel better and healthier, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their wellbeing. I am thinking about trying out the new flavours because I'm getting a bit fed up with the current ones. It was a bit of a letdown to see that they don't give a free water bottle anymore.

I wasn't sure about giving the internal reset plan a go, but I thought I'd give it a try. I'd been feeling really tired and bloated because of perimenopause, and my energy levels were at rock bottom. But, after finishing the plan, I've noticed a big improvement in how I feel overall. The bloating has gone down, I have more energy, and I'm paying more attention to what I eat. I'm glad they've listed the ingredients, it's good to know what's in there. But I'm a bit worried about whether the contents are actually accurate, especially if one pill in each sachet is wrong. Makes me wonder if we can trust the rest of the stuff in there.
Prolon experience
I had a bit of a mixed experience with the Prolon program. I liked that it's based on science and the soups were quite simple to make. Out of all the soups, I really liked the tomato and minestrone ones - they were tasty and filling. But, I have to say, some of the other choices didn't quite impress me as much.

I'm really disappointed with the Prolon package I received. I ordered the one with the new flavours but ended up with the old ones. The package clearly stated "new flavours" but it was misleading. It's not cool at all. I was looking forward to trying something different, but instead, I got stuck with the same old gross stuff. I'm not impressed at all.
Detox program purchase
My time on the detox program was really disappointing. I had a few days where my box arrived without all the things I needed, and even when I did get everything, the quality was not up to scratch. The first day was missing algal oil, the second day was missing a second set of olives, and on the third day, the crackers were missing. But what really got me was when I opened up the olives on the fourth day and found them all gross and slime-covered, way past their best. It was definitely not what I was hoping for, and left me feeling hungry and a bit grossed out. All in all, a bit of a letdown and not what I was expecting.
Bars and shakes
I've just bought some bars and shakes from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The bars are yummy and the shakes are a great alternative for a meal. I haven't given the one-day meal plan a go yet, but judging by how good the products I've already tried are, I'm sure it'll be top-notch.

Refund denied after opening package
I had a bit of a letdown with my recent purchase. I got the package and it wasn't what I thought it would be, so I wanted a refund. But I was told I couldn't have one because the seal was broken. I felt annoyed and disappointed with how the customer service handled it. I was expecting a more helpful and understanding response, but that didn't happen. So, I'd suggest being careful when buying from this company.
