    As a customer who has been with this company for a long time, I need to express my disappointment regarding the recent changes they have made to their points redemption policy. I have been buying their products for years, collecting points as I go along. However, this year, when I tried to use my points, I was surprised to find out that there is now a secret limit on the number of points one can earn in a year. They didn't clearly tell customers about this, and it took me a few clicks to dig up this buried information in their terms and conditions. I believe this lack of honesty is unfair to loyal customers like me who have put time and money into their products. It's frustrating to see a company you have been supporting for so long suddenly alter the rules without any warning. As a customer, I value honesty and transparency, and the absence of these traits in this situation has left me feeling disappointed.

    Apple cider vinegar tablets

    I bought some apple cider vinegar tablets, and they had quite a strong smell, as is usual for this type of product. But, I was a bit let down because these tablets from this brand didn't disguise the taste as well as some others I've tried before. They also dissolved really fast in my mouth, so it was tricky to hide the flavour for anyone who doesn't like apple cider vinegar. Even though I took the tablets every day, I didn't see much difference in my skin or weight. So, I've decided I won't buy this product again in future.

These two ingredients have been connected to bad side effects and aren't needed in supplements that are supposed to make you healthier. I make sure to avoid products with these harmful substances, and I think others should do the same.

    Mate, I'm telling you, Puritan's Pride seriously needs to up their game. The whole experience of trying to order some diet supplements from them was an absolute nightmare. I mean, every time I placed an order, either the items were out of stock or they only shipped part of my order. It's so frustrating, you know what I mean? And their customer service, don't even get me started on that - it's just terrible! On top of that, the prices were way too high for the subpar service they provided. And the delivery time? Don't even ask, it took forever! They really need to sort themselves out, it's just not on.

    The customer service used to be really good at this company. They would always ask for my name, account number, or phone number. But lately, things seem to have gone downhill. I was really disappointed to find that some of the supplements I bought were getting soft way before they should. It's annoying to see that they use magnesium stearate in most of their products as fillers. Who wants to take 80 pills a day with all those unnecessary ingredients? And then I found out they're owned by a big corporation like Nestle, which just makes me doubt their honesty even more. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth, and their return policy isn't very customer-friendly. I've got bottles of vitamins that have been going bad for ages, but they only guarantee their products for 90 days. It seems like they just keep re-shipping almost expired products to people who don't know any better. I've had problems in the past with returns and refunds; I only got back a small amount of what I paid. It's so frustrating to be stuck with products that aren't up to scratch.

    I recently ordered some nutritional supplements from this company and it turned out to be a total disaster. I paid for my order using PayPal, but later found out that several items were actually out of stock, so they couldn't fulfil my order. After waiting for more than a week and a half, I decided to give their customer service a call to check on my order. Unfortunately, I was met with really unhelpful and disorganised service. I insisted that they send out the items that were in stock straight away, but nothing happened even after two days. They then suggested that they could dispatch the available items, but I would need to give my credit card details to someone outside of the USA for the additional payment. This made me really worried about security and privacy, so I didn't want to take any risks. I cancelled my entire order immediately and asked for a full refund of my original payment. The whole experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be buying from this company again. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from them to be cautious of their incompetence.

    I bought some natural supplements from this company not too long ago, but then I found out they've been bought out by a private equity firm. I was pretty gutted to hear that they care more about making money than keeping their customers happy. It's sad to see good companies being taken over by others that only care about profits rather than providing top-notch products and services.     I am completely shocked by the dishonesty shown by this company. How can they show appreciation for your loyalty one day, but then turn around and accuse you of being a reseller the next? It's obvious that their main focus isn't on customer satisfaction, but rather on finding excuses to exclude loyal customers from their rewards programme. The fact that they don't bother responding to calls and emails just makes things even more frustrating. It's unacceptable for a company to claim they can't cope with the volume of emails when it's clear they've received them. The blatant lies and deceit are truly disgraceful. And on top of all that, not being able to enter a phone number correctly to receive a callback to address a negative rating is just the icing on the cake in this whole dishonest situation.

    My experience with this company was really frustrating and disappointing, to be honest. I bought something on the 14th of July, thinking it was from the UK, and it turned out to be the wrong item. Getting an exchange sorted was such a hassle, taking ages for customer service to even agree to it. They promised a free return, but I had to pay first and wait for a refund. I tried cancelling the exchange and asking for a refund instead, but still got sent the wrong item. So many returns and waiting just dragged it out for nearly 5 months. The lack of accountability, proper communication, and resolution was just so annoying.
