Wine products
Coravin is a new innovation in the beverage industry especially wine. I totally agree with the company in their claims of being the new innovation. Their products ideas are what I rate high which I commend them a lot. I'm talking about a needle that now helps wine be poured out in a more better and proper way than before. Interestingly, another is preservatives which help keep wine in natural taste condition even for longer periods. Using these products and other accessories of theirs simply tell me I now have a better way of enjoying my wine which I have been doing since I came to know about Coravin. I totally give it to Coravin for coming up with such innovative ideas and products.
WSET student Coravin bundle
I finally caved and bought the Coravin bundle as part of a special deal for WSET students. I'd been wanting this product for a while, but the price always put me off. The product itself is amazing - it allows me to take small tasting samples from bottles without opening them all, which is perfect for my wine studies.
But what really impressed me was how quickly it was delivered. I ordered it in the afternoon and it was sent from Holland by the end of the same day. It arrived in the UK overnight and was at my door before lunch the next day. Considering the pandemic situation, this level of service is outstanding, especially since I only chose standard delivery!Coravin timeless 3+
I recently received this really cool wine gadget from Coravin and it arrived really quickly. I was really excited to show it to my friend, but he informed me that he found it cheaper on Amazon! I was so shocked! So, I decided to get in touch with Coravin and they were actually really nice about it, they even gave me a discount. Their response was quick and they were very professional. I'm looking forward to trying it out, apparently it's fantastic!
Kept my wine fresh
I've tried so many different gadgets and methods to keep my wine fresh after only having one glass, but most of them never seem to last long. However, this one, oh boy, it really gets the job done! I've had my Coravin for more than a year now, and not even a drop of wine has been wasted. It's like pure magic - you can pour yourself a glass and the rest stays fresh in the bottle, all set for next time. Definitely worth every penny!
Late delivery
I bought something a while back but it still hasn't turned up when it should have. I placed the order three weeks ago and apparently, they sent it out twice, but I haven't got any info on tracking or dispatch. It was supposed to be a Black Friday treat, but now it looks like I won't get it in time for Christmas. I've tried ringing customer service, but no one picks up, and I've only had one email back during this annoying wait.
Coravin Sparkling System
I bought the Coravin Sparkling System not too long ago, and I must say I wasn't too happy with how the return process went. Even though the company said it would be an easy return, I got back way less money than I thought I would. I forked out $780 for the system in the first place, but when I returned it, they only gave me $579 back. On top of that, I had to pay for the return postage, which just made the whole thing even more costly. Altogether, I ended up out of pocket by $250, which was a pretty big hit to my wallet that I wasn't expecting.
Coravin wine preservation system purchase
I just got this wine preservation gadget that lets you keep track of your wine stash through an app. But the app hasn't been all that great, to be honest. It can't seem to get the right year of the wine I'm logging, even though it recognises the type of wine correctly. It's a bit annoying, especially when I'm trying to organise my different vintages.

The ordering process was really easy, I had no problems going through the website and placing my order. The delivery came super fast, and I was really impressed with how quickly UPS got my package to Northern Ireland. All in all, it was a hassle-free experience.

This customer service was top-notch, really the best I've ever had. Tiffany was so friendly and helpful, she really went out of her way to assist me and find a solution for the long term. I'm very grateful for all the help!
Corovan system experience
I bought the Corovan system recently and oh boy, was I disappointed with my first go at using it! Just tried to pour a glass of wine, and the needle went into the cork fine. But when I tried to take the system off as instructed, the needle got stuck in the cork and came off the grip. I spent ages trying to get it out, but no luck. Ended up chucking both the wine and the Corovan system in the bin. Don't waste your time or money on this system - it's not worth it, I promise.
Argon capsules order
I recently bought six argon capsules but have been really let down by the service. I haven't received them after ordering them, and when I contacted customer services, they said they were sent to the wrong place, nowhere near me. They promised to send a replacement, but I'm still waiting. Instead, I got an email telling me to check DPD courier info, which just made me more annoyed. I even asked for a refund but got nowhere. It's so frustrating to deal with customer services in Holland where my emails are often ignored or not properly answered. I need those argon capsules for my model three, so this whole experience has been really disappointing.
Xmas present purchase
I bought something from this company for a Christmas present just over a week ago, but I haven't heard anything about my order yet. And to top it off, this Seaborne Logistics company they mentioned doesn't seem to exist. They've given me three different case reference numbers, which is just making me even more annoyed. At this rate, I really don't think I'll ever get the item I paid for. My advice? Stay well away from this company.
