Subscription drama
So, I signed up for this subscription and they were saying I signed up on their website, but I didn't actually do that! I signed up through the App Store and even cancelled it the same way. Despite that, they still tried to take my money even though I couldn't even use the subscription! They're total scammers, if you ask me!
Wanted to watch reality TV shows
Me and the missus fancied a bit of reality telly, but turns out the app only had stuff we've already seen. Tried to look into it, but no joy. Absolutely ridiculous and we're not impressed one bit. We'll definitely be cancelling our subscription as soon as this month is over.
Cancelling my subscription
I attempted to cancel my subscription before the next payment was due, but it was quite difficult. They made it appear as if they were keen for me to continue with the subscription. They even rejected my attempt to cancel! I simply wanted to take a break for a few months, but now I have decided not to renew.
Subscription issue
This company is absolutely ridiculous! I've been paying for my subscription for years and all of a sudden I couldn't access any shows. When I asked for help, I only got two responses that were completely useless. It's like they didn't even bother to read my emails properly! After weeks of being annoyed, I had no choice but to cancel my subscription. Customer service is clearly not their strong point.
TV app troubles
Could you please help with fixing the problems with the TV app? I keep needing to reconnect it to the TV multiple times, and it only works correctly about 1% of the time. It's really annoying and I'm getting really frustrated!
Forgot my password
I forgot my password and couldn't get into my account. I tried different passwords but none of them were right. It's really frustrating! I can't even log out because hayu hasn't sent me a new password.
Expensive subscription service
This subscription service is a complete rip off. I signed up last year and cancelled my subscription, but I still keep getting charged every month. I've tried contacting customer support several times, but they always claim to have lost my account details. It's really annoying to deal with such dishonesty and lack of responsibility. I even had to cancel my credit card to put a stop to the charges. They are just absolute scammers.
My subscription
I signed up to watch my favourite shows with this subscription, but the website keeps telling me I'm watching on too many devices even when I'm not! I tried reaching out to customer service, and all they told me was that the website was working fine. Useless advice, really. Not shocked after reading the reviews here.
TV purchase
I bought a TV from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, my son chucked a toy at the screen and damaged it. I got in touch with the company to see about getting it fixed, but they told me that accidental damage wasn't covered under my warranty, which I didn't realise. I was pretty gutted about the whole situation and was annoyed by the extra cost they wanted to charge me.
Subscription cancelled due to unstable app
I have to say, I was really looking forward to trying out this subscription, but it turned out to be a letdown. The app was far from stable - it kept crashing and kicking me out, making me log back in over and over again, which was really annoying. In the end, I decided to cancel my subscription before the trial was even up because of all these problems. What really got to me was the lack of customer service to help me out with the issues I was having. It's just really disappointing to put time and money into something only to have it not work properly and have no one to turn to for help.
