A very disappointing experience.
First delivery was late. Only 9 of 15 ordered plants received. Chased and told missing items on their way, even given a DHL tracking number. DHL then advised consignment never received by them. Referred back to SGC, now no reply.
Despite excellent pricing will not be using them again.Plants

I have been emailing and leasing with one of the staff about my order above. I have still not received it despite it being placed early January. I have been promised my order is due etc and it just has not arrived.
I have now requested a refund but have had no reply at all. If I could give no stars I would. I will not be buying from them againhappy experience shopping from Keyleigh
I am a sucker for nature. I love flowers and plants. I have always looked to own a garden when I moved into my own house. Heaven granting my wish, I got my own house in Illinois and the challenge became where I could get the needed plants and flowers for my garden. I wanted an experience florist who will help guide me on how to go about it. My neighbor told me about The Secret Gardening Club and it really caught my attention. I signed up and became a member. Today I have become an expert in everything gardening, flowers and plants. I also order their flower bouquet that is always delivered to me every month. I recommend The Secret Gardening Club to all nature lovers who intend to purchase unique flowers or own their own garden.
