    Bespoke table purchase

    I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the amazing service we received from this company. A while back, we ordered a custom-made table from them, knowing that we would have to wait around 3 months for it. But let me tell you, the wait was absolutely worth it! We finally have this beautiful gold-plated table in our home, and it has definitely become a firm favourite with everyone in the family.     I recently bought a table from this company and it arrived damaged. But, their customer service team was really impressive. I got in touch with them right away and they were so friendly and helpful. They sorted out a replacement table for me, which was delivered within 3 weeks.     Expensive scooter cocktail bar purchase

    I recently bought an expensive scooter cocktail bar from this company, but the whole thing was quite disappointing, to be honest. First of all, it took absolutely ages for the item to actually get to us, even though they already had our money. And when it finally did arrive, it was damaged. The quality wasn't what we expected at all, and it was pretty obvious that whoever delivered it didn't handle it with care. On top of that, their communication was terrible and they were so slow in sending us the parts we needed to fix it ourselves. All in all, the customer service we got was really poor, and we were just really disappointed with the whole thing, to be honest.

    I bought this table that was really good - very sturdy and well put together, and it turned up when it was supposed to. But the chairs I also bought never showed up. I've tried reaching out to the company over email and phone calls but haven't heard anything back from them. It's really frustrating that their customer service has been so unhelpful. I've ended up losing money and I'm hoping that by leaving this review, they'll finally get in touch.

    Sitting Bulldog figurine

    I bought a Sitting Bulldog figurine on 31st December 2023 from this store. When I got my order, they sent me the wrong item. I had to talk to Nick from customer service multiple times to fix the problem and send back the wrong item. Even after contacting them twice, I still haven't received my refund. Considering how much I paid for the figurine, I thought the customer service would be better. Sadly, I was very let down by the whole experience as the service was bad from the beginning and didn't meet my expectations.

    I recently ordered a piece of furniture that was out of stock, and it took longer than I had hoped to arrive. I ended up having to send two emails after waiting for a week and a half to chase up my order, but I only received vague responses. In the end, I had to contact my bank to file a chargeback to get my money back. The customer service I received was really poor, and I even got a really rude email from them where they tried to blame me for the mistakes they made. I found their behaviour completely unacceptable.

    I bought a clock from Smithers of Stamford and it arrived in mid-January, unfortunately it didn't work. I've sent several emails to their customer service asking for a refund, but I still haven't received one. I'm really disappointed with both the service and the quality of the product.

    Although I wanted to trust the company, my experience has been really disappointing. I spent a lot of money on a big purchase, but then I had to cancel my order in a hurry. The problem was, when I tried to get in touch with the company about cancelling, I didn't hear back from them at all. They didn't respond to any of my emails or messages. I felt really frustrated and ignored, without my items or the refund I was owed. The way they treated me was so bad, it has put me off from ever dealing with them again.
