Cool D Day coin

I ordered the D-Day 80th Anniversary coins from The Royal Mint and had some issues with the delivery. To start with, they sent out my order wrong, but when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly sorted it out and gave me a returns label. Even so, there were more delays with the delivery. They said my order would be sent on a certain day, but it actually took longer for the coins to turn up. The post office's updates about delivery times were all over the place, and in the end, the coins just got left on my doorstep without a heads-up or needing a signature. On the whole, while The Royal Mint's customer service was helpful, the delivery itself was a let-down.
