    I recently got cycle insurance and I have to say I'm really happy with the service I got. The quote I got was really competitive and the cover was even better than what I had last year with another company, and it was £100 cheaper with a better excess. After I bought the insurance, I got a call from customer service. The person on the phone was really helpful and not pushy at all. She was polite, knew what she was talking about, and went out of her way to help me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got all the paperwork I needed by email just 5 minutes after getting the policy. Overall, I'd say the customer service was excellent and I'm happy with my purchase.

    I've been with this insurance company for more than three years now, but my recent experience with making a claim has been really frustrating.     I have had a bit of a mixed bag experience with Eversure Insurance. The way they communicate is decent, but I reckon they're really just a middleman for another company, which in my case turned out to be super sluggish and not very reliable. Even though Eversure tries their best, the actual service you get depends on the provider they pick, who might not necessarily have your best interests at heart. This has left me feeling pretty frustrated because I haven't got the compensation I was hoping for after my equipment was stolen.

    Claim for broken Caravan window

    I just wanted to say that their customer service is really not great. I emailed them about my broken Caravan window claim, and all I got was an automated response saying they received it. And then nothing. I tried calling them, but couldn't speak to anyone, and the live chat didn't even work. I hope they don't expect me to just forget about the claim because I won't! I really need my window fixed!

Their website had annoying pop-ups that blocked key details, like a decrease in the insured value, and I only saw this after I'd already paid. When I mentioned this, they insisted that I'd entered a lower value, which wasn't true. On top of that, their customer service wasn't helpful and seemed quick to point fingers at the customer for any problems. All in all, I'd say steer clear of this company.
