Automobile excess policy
I've been with this company for a good few years now, mainly for my car excess policy. I've always been well impressed with the service they give. The coverage is top-notch, and the price is way more reasonable than what the rental car companies ask for. One thing that really sticks in my mind is when my rental car got bashed up while it was parked, Worldwide Travel Insurance sorted everything out as soon as the rental company sent over the damage costs. The only downside was waiting a bit for the rental company to cough up the damage costs, but that wasn't the fault of Worldwide Travel Insurance. All in all, I'm really happy with their service and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

I'm really happy with the customer service I've received from this company. Even though I haven't had to claim on my travel insurance yet, I've noticed that the office staff are really good at sorting out any problems that come up when I'm applying. You can forget about being taken advantage of by rental agencies, this company gives a much better deal and actually keeps their word. I had to make a claim once and they sorted it out promptly and effectively, paying out exactly as they had promised. I had a really good experience renewing my policy with this company. I just wanted to say how fantastic the service was. The women I chatted with were really clear and helpful, I was like "Wow, this is great!" I bought car hire excess insurance from this company recently and I was a bit let down by the restrictions. Other companies I checked out had limits on the car's value, but this one seemed to provide full coverage without that restriction. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close enough attention to the small print and got stuck with insurance that didn't cover cars worth over 50,000 GBP.
