Misleading delivery timing
I ordered a tracked parcel with a 48-hour delivery from this company, thinking it'd arrive on time. But the Royal Mail tracking said it was delivered on time when it actually came a day late. The difference between when it arrived and when they said it did was disappointing and made me doubt the reliability of their delivery. It's annoying that they say they hit their goals when it's clear they're not delivering on time. This has left me feeling disappointed and unsure about using this company again.
Travel insurance policy
My experience with that travel insurance company was so frustrating. Buying my travel insurance policy was such a drag - took forever. Dealing with long waits, unhelpful staff, and just a general lack of professionalism was so annoying. The staff seemed so uninterested and lazy, and it was obvious they weren't bothered about giving good customer service. It all left me feeling so annoyed and irritated that I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else.
Delayed Next Day Delivery
I wouldn't recommend going to this Post Office if you're looking for efficiency or professionalism. I sent a small envelope on Wednesday morning, paid extra for next day delivery before 1pm, and it's now Friday and tracking still hasn't shown it leaving the shop. When I contacted the shop, they had the cheek to suggest I check with Royal Mail. Shouldn't that be their responsibility? Royal Mail then told me to file a complaint and gave me a complaint number. Well done for dodging the issue! If you want your post to arrive on time, I'd steer clear of this place.
Purchased travel insurance
Yeah, so I decided to get this travel insurance, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The whole process was a bit of a nightmare. Firstly, sorting it out online was a real hassle. It was all so confusing, I almost needed my mum to step in and help me out. And when I tried to get some help, the customer service was pretty poor. The people I spoke to weren't very friendly and didn't really seem interested in assisting me. And don't even get me started on the cost. It was way too expensive for what I was actually getting. And on top of that, the delivery took forever. I had to wait ages for my insurance documents to arrive. Overall, not a great experience at all.
Travel insurance purchase
I went to this place near the bank to get some travel insurance, you know? But the people there were really quite rude and unhelpful. I just think being nice doesn't cost anything, does it? In the end, I did manage to get my travel insurance sorted, but it wasn't the best experience, to be honest.
Lost phone insurance claim
I sent my iPhone abroad not too long ago, but it's been over three weeks and the person I sent it to still hasn't got it. Dealing with it has been such a pain as I had to jump through all the hoops to try and get the insurance company to pay up for the lost phone.
Travel insurance
I bought some travel insurance from a company, but I had a bad experience with one of their staff members. I emailed them about my concerns, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I think it's important for customers to get a quick and helpful response, so I'm disappointed that my feedback seems to have been ignored. Companies should deal with complaints quickly to keep a good reputation and keep their customers happy. I'm feeling pretty unhappy about the lack of response.
Travel insurance
Terrible customer service. They make it very hard to contact them (especially during the Covid-19 pandemic). I had to cancel my holiday as I have an autoimmune disease and am at higher risk. When I finally managed to get through to a human being, they refused to refund me. I would not recommend the Post Office as a travel insurance provider. They quite obviously value profit ahead of customer service.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
I bought travel insurance from the post office on line and I went to log in to my account and could , I call help line and was told the reason I could not log in was because I made a mistake with a date on the online form which I agreed with they put the mistake right and charge me £18 plus pence which I think was way to much.
donot i repeat donot use the post office for any insurance never mind travel insurance they are nothing but a bunch of bandits
