    I've just renewed my insurance policy with this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with their service. Their online account management system made it so easy for me to check my policy details and make any changes I needed to. Even though I hadn't needed to make a claim in the past year, I did have to make one recently and the way they handled it showed how efficient and professional they are. The claims process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, and the customer service team I spoke to were really nice to deal with. Because of this great experience, I've decided to renew my policy for another year.

    I'm really happy with my experience with the company. I've not had to use my holiday insurance yet, so I can't really say much about that part of the service. But, when I phoned up to get my policy, I spoke to a customer service rep called Abby who was just brilliant - so friendly, helpful, and really efficient. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and I was able to get my policy sorted out quickly and easily. The whole purchasing process was really easy and I was super pleased with the level of service I got.

    I had a really good experience with the agent who sorted me out with insurance even though I was being investigated. But boy, setting up my account to get some quotes was a bit of a pain - the link took ages to come through. The office did eventually get it all sorted, but it was a bit frustrating. The prices were on par with other insurance companies for a 70-year-old with existing health conditions. I'm hoping I won't have to actually make a claim, but I'm interested to see how they handle it if the need does arise.

    I bought travel insurance from this company recently and honestly, it's been terrible. They said it was a top-notch policy, but when I needed to make a claim, everything went downhill. They passed my claim onto another company that just seemed interested in avoiding paying out rather than helping customers. The policy had loads of tricky conditions and restrictions, making it really hard to actually claim. It was a constant struggle to get the coverage that I thought I'd paid for.

    My experience dealing with this company in terms of admin stuff was alright. But, when I checked out the bad reviews about how they handle claims, I made the decision to cancel my policy. Thankfully, I managed to get a complete refund within the 14-day grace period, which was a weight off my shoulders. It's a shame that they don't give enough importance to sorting out customer claims like they ought to.

    Efficient partner addition

    The service I got at first was great, so when I had to add my partner to the policy, I was hoping for the same efficiency. The lady who helped me was not just efficient, but also really patient and understanding. As pensioners, it means a lot when a company takes the time to really understand what we need. But waiting nearly an hour for someone to answer my call was really frustrating and disappointing.

There were plenty of different companies to choose from, allowing me to select the one that best fit my needs. The prices were also very reasonable, really competitive.     We are travel agency. Cruise and single trip insurance mostly used by us ,all through Insurancewthease . Now adding their Ski Insurance as we have added some activity.
    No change in Insurance company for last six years.
    You can trust them.

    I would stay clear of insurewithease.
    Their insurance policy doesn’t cover cancellation of flights and holidays. Even though the airline and tour operator had cancelled the holiday. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office also advised not to travel abroad.
    If they are not prepared to pay under all of those circumstances then what chance do you have of being paid for any other scenario.

    The customizable tools for my policy were really useful because I could create my own policy and add extras that I wanted. There were so many extra things to choose from, which made me think that the basic policy didn't cover much. But I was surprised to see that my renewal last year happened without me giving the go-ahead. This year, my renewal was a massive 60% more than before and included extra things that I didn't remember choosing. This made me redo my policy to make sure it only included what I actually needed. It sometimes felt like they really wanted to sell me more than I wanted, which was annoying. I haven't had to make any claims yet, so I can't say how that process is.

    Wedding insurance purchase

    I had a terrible experience with this insurance company. The prices might seem good, but the hassle and annoyance that come with it simply isn't worth it. We went to the Dominican Republic for our wedding, only to have our jewellery and wedding rings stolen. To make matters worse, we discovered that the insurance only reimburses if the items were stolen from a secure safe. It's ridiculous! What's the use of travel insurance if it doesn't cover theft unless it's from a locked safe? The claiming process was a nightmare, and dealing with this company was a complete rip off. Stay away from them at all costs!

    As a customer of the company, I have to say that my experience with the claims process was just awful. Buying the policy was easy and the prices were fair, but dealing with the claim was a nightmare. I just wanted to cancel my holiday because of a medical emergency, but it took months and it was so frustrating and stressful. The outsourced claims team seemed to do everything possible to delay the process, asking for irrelevant information and forms that just caused more delays. I had to put in a lot of time and effort before I finally got the payout. It has made me really regret choosing this company for my insurance. If you want to keep your time and sanity, I would definitely suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

    I was really disappointed with the service I got from this company. We had agreed that my insurance would cover certain things, but when I had to make a claim for a theft, they tried to avoid their responsibilities by hiding behind their terms and conditions. It's so annoying when you pay for insurance to protect you in these situations, only to be left high and dry when you really need it. The way this company has behaved, not being open and taking responsibility, is just not on.

    Double charged, no response

    I made a purchase online not long ago, and they charged me twice for my policy. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service loads of times, but they still haven't sorted out the problem. The staff said they'd fix it, but it's been weeks now and I'm still waiting for my refunds. And to top it off, no one's picking up the phone when I call. I'm really frustrated and let down.

    Easy, but lacking in communication

    I thought buying the policy was easy, but I was a bit let down that I didn't get any physical papers in the mail even though I chose that option. Also, I was quite surprised to see that the emergency medical number wasn't on all the documents, especially the policy schedule I got online. I had to look it up on the internet which was a bit of a hassle. Hopefully, I won't need to get in touch or make a claim with this policy in the future.
