Clover letter necklace
I got a clover letter necklace for a Christmas present, but it broke after only 2 months. The letters came off, which was disappointing as it was sentimental to me. Luckily, the customer service team was really helpful and understanding. They said they would replace the necklace, and after a month, the new one arrived. However, the same thing happened again after another 2 months. I got in touch with customer service again, feeling frustrated that the glued products didn't last long. The team were great once more, offering me store credit so I could pick a different necklace. I've chosen a different one now and I can't wait for it to arrive. Overall, the customer service team did a great job. They were quick to respond, empathetic, and did their best to fix the issue.
Gold heart earrings and heart ring with initial engraved
The gold heart earrings I bought are absolutely beautiful, I really love them. They're really good quality and they look just like they did on the website. I bought a heart ring with my initial on it about a month ago and unfortunately had a problem with it. I emailed customer service about it and was really pleased to get a reply within an hour. They said they'd send me a new one straight away. I was impressed by how quickly they got back to me and how well they dealt with the issue. I'm really happy with the customer service I got and will definitely recommend this company to others. I'm already excited for my next purchase from them. Thank you!
Custom necklaces and missing free bracelet
I've just bought two personalised necklaces and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with them. They're really lovely and seem to be good quality. However, there was supposed to be a free bracelet included with my order, but it was missing, unfortunately. I got in touch with customer service via the web chat and they were really quick to reply and sort it out. The communication and support they gave me were top-notch, and I was grateful for their help in fixing the missing item. Even though they forgot about the bracelet at first, I'm satisfied with how they handled everything in the end.
