I was really happy with how quickly the money came into my account after I sold my items. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and helpful, which made the whole process much nicer. The only problem I had was that it took a long time to get hold of someone. I sent loads of emails but still didn't get the quote, so I had to ring them up in the end. Even though I was hoping for a bit more money, I'm happy that my things have been sold.

Bentley corner sofa
I had my Bentley corner sofa delivered today and I have to say, the delivery men were really friendly. I was a bit surprised at first because the sofa came with a full back instead of the scatter back that was shown in the advertisement, but honestly, it doesn't bother me much. If a full back was an option, I probably would have gone for that anyway, especially with my lively 5-year-old who enjoys throwing cushions around. Despite this small mix-up, I'm really pleased with my sofa. It's comfy, the seats are well filled and nice and firm, just the way I like it. Stephen, who I've been in touch with, has been really nice too, always responding to my questions quickly and effectively.

Renewed policy without notification
I recently had a bit of a shock with my policy renewal from your company. I found out that my policy had been renewed without telling me beforehand. When I asked about it, the person I spoke to was quite rude and said I had agreed to auto-renewal from the start, even though nobody had actually told me that. It was only after I paid that I got a copy of the terms and conditions, which had the auto-renewal thing hidden inside. Luckily, I knew about the 10-day cooling-off period for insurance, so I cancelled the renewal when the payment went through. I was also disappointed to find out that your company doesn't work at weekends, so I had to wait for a response.

The claims representative I spoke with wasn't very helpful and didn't refund the service fees I paid. This whole situation has caused me to lose my property, wasted a lot of my time, and made me lose trust in logistics services.

Definitely did not receive items worth the value of the box. I ordered 3 of the Birthday Disney Mystery Box as there were only 50 boxes advertised but instead I received all my items in one box and they are worth barely the value of the box. Flowers and seeds
I want to correct some of the peoples reviews on this site that Koeman is a scam, it is not and i have just received my order. Okay it was a bit later than initially promised but I spoke to Fleur on the phone and she explained that due to COVID they are seeing many challenges and an increase in orders.
Maybe they should not have taken in so many orders but they are a busy looking to survive in hard and uncertain times so why not. I will definitely order from them in the future and I am sure their customer service speed will improve
The plants I got look great and I am looking forward to planting themIt is indeed a true company but be sure the effects of Covid in the Netherlands are used as an excuse as they never went into lockdown and the plant bussiness has been thriving. They state they send out the deliveries with PostNL which would be taken up by Royal Mail. Instead they use some kind of cheap delivery company and hence the gross delays. They break their own terms and conditions and use excuses. Be careful with recently bought seeds and bulbs as they have probably been too hot during transport during the Dutch heatwave. They may look ok now but are unlikely to be succesful when planting out.

Not easy to handle these kids especially when their numbers are more then one. And I have to choose good and bad ,I selected Kids Pass this time to avoid any outing .In fact my kids searched Kids Pass company who can facilitate.
My God ,I was so relaxed ,they were busy and me and my counterpart enjoying freely at same venue .
Them park,was best attraction of my kids and then restaurant.
But overall this could be a best idea where maximum happiness with minimum cost.
