Recently, I bought a pair of earrings from this company for my daughter's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out not long after she started wearing them. So, I got in touch with customer service, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I got. I spoke to a lovely lady named Lea, who was incredibly helpful and polite. She sorted out a replacement pair of earrings for me on the same day, with no hassle at all. I just had to send back the faulty pair in the prepaid envelope they provided. The whole process was smooth, and I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful they were. The new earrings arrived quickly, and my daughter loved them. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be coming back to shop with them again.

I got my delivery, it is very beautiful. The quality was incredibly good. Their delivery was very fast. The jewelry does not wash out easily. The design is lovely. It was packaged in a jewelry box for proper storage. The price was highly reasonable. They had an overall great quality product. I wore them for her engagement party and they shone beautifully. I have to say, I was really impressed with the amazing customer service I got from this jewellery company. Everything was dealt with so professionally, from the quick and polite reply to my question to the fast fix of my problem. The person I spoke to, Lea, really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She not only sent out a new bracelet straight away, but she also added lovely packaging and a personalised card to make it extra special. My daughter was over the moon with the surprise, and I am just delighted with the service overall.

I bought these earrings for £90 and the clasp just kept opening up, so I actually lost part of the earring. I tried getting in touch with customer service but they really weren't very helpful, it was quite disappointing. I was expecting better quality and service for the price I paid.

Ring in Antwerp
I purchased a ring in Antwerp and was assured it wouldn't tarnish with a 2-year warranty. However, the ring has now completely tarnished, and when I reached out to them, they kept passing me around. Eventually, they informed me that I don't have a warranty as the ring has tarnished. I wish they had been upfront about this from the beginning.
Rings for holiday
Oh my gosh, the service was absolutely incredible! I purchased a few rings for my upcoming holiday and the lady called Lea was just lovely. She went out of her way to ensure I received them in time. I bought a necklace from your shop not long ago, but when it turned up it was faulty. The star wasn't placed properly in the middle of the necklace, and the metal work wasn't up to scratch. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a replacement, but they said they were out of stock. They told me to send the faulty item back, which was a shame because I had wanted to give this necklace as a gift. The whole situation was really annoying and I was left feeling let down by the service I received.
Earrings and necklaces
I've been shopping at this jewellery shop for the last couple of years and picked up a few pairs of earrings and necklaces. The designs are really lovely and original, but I do think they're a bit pricey compared to similar pieces elsewhere. The necklaces have held up nicely over time as I mainly wear them for special occasions rather than every day. However, the stud earrings I wore regularly tarnished quite quickly, which was disappointing considering the cost.
When it comes to customer service, my experiences have been a bit up and down. They were quick to replace an item that was sent incorrectly once, which I was grateful for. But, when I contacted them about a broken earring, I never got a response. This inconsistency in customer service has made me think twice about shopping there again.
Overall, even though I like their unique designs, I'd suggest others to only buy items on sale if they're thinking about shopping at this store.Silver adjustable ring
