Day and Night Serum
As someone who's battled with my skin for years, I can honestly say that the Day and Night Serum has made a huge difference for me. The natural ingredients in the serum have completely changed my skin, making it look glowing and healthy. I used to feel insecure about going out bare-faced, but now I feel confident embracing my natural skin. It's a shame to see bad reviews about this product, as it's been amazing for me. I'm keen to try more products from this brand and keep upgrading my skincare routine.
Shower gel purchase
I bought some shower gel from this company and it was brilliant. The quality and smell were spot on, and I loved using it every day. The customer service was also outstanding - they really went out of their way to assist me when a package got lost in the post. They quickly sent me a replacement without any fuss, proving that they genuinely care about their customers and making sure they're happy. I can't recommend this company enough for their amazing products and excellent customer service.
Pure Skin face wash, Rose Otto Oil, Collagen Boost Moisturizer
I spotted some Balance Me products on sale at my local Waitrose and thought I'd give them a go. I usually stick to Clarins, but I was interested in the background of the Balance Me brand. I ended up buying their Pure Skin face wash, Rose Otto Oil, and Collagen Boost Moisturizer. I've been really pleased with how well these products work on my skin - the quality is top-notch. It's nice to be able to support a local brand, and I hope more folks get to try and love these products too.
Vitamin C repair serum
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I tried out this free trial of the serum and it actually did the trick on my sun spot! I've been testing out loads of different products, but this is the only one that's made a noticeable difference. I've gone ahead and ordered a larger bottle to completely get rid of it. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and now I'm excited to experiment with more of their products! Next up, tackling those pesky dark circles under my eyes!
Moisturisers and hand cream
I was really let down by these moisturisers and hand cream! They made my face feel tight and itchy, definitely not good for sensitive skin. The hand cream was so thick that I couldn't even use my hands properly without washing it off. The scent was way too strong and reminded me of old-fashioned lavender soap from the 1970s. But at least I won't run out of heel cream anytime soon!
Present for wife from a mate
My friend told me about this place when I needed a special gift for my wife's birthday. I'd never heard of it, but he said it was great. I bought one of their kits and my wife absolutely loves it! The products are all natural and the prices are reasonable. She keeps going back for more, so it's definitely a winner in my book!
Life-changing skincare products
This company and its products have honestly changed my life. I've had sensitive and temperamental skin for years, but I finally decided to give these products a go. I'm really pleased I did because my skin has improved a lot. I don't have as many reactions, spots are less frequent, and my skin feels soothed and well-nourished. The customer service team is amazing - they really care about their customers and always go the extra mile to help out.
Skincare products
The customer service I got from this company was incredible. Even though my package was delayed, a member of their team went above and beyond to deliver it to my doorstep themselves. They even included some samples for me to test out. It was a really nice touch that went beyond what I was expecting. I'm excited to try out the products and I can't thank them enough for their generosity and outstanding service.
Recent skincare purchases
Lately, I've been trying out different skincare products like sheet masks, face wash, serum, and micellar water. I really like how gentle they are on my skin and how well they've worked in making my skin better. Out of all of them, I especially love the Micellar Water because it's not greasy and it easily takes off makeup without irritating my skin.

Honestly, i didn't expect that balance me will turns o god. i just tried their skin care products but it was so good. i am using it for like three or four months and the results are really amazing
Broken pumps
I bought some creams and when they arrived, I found that four of the pumps were broken. It's disappointing because the creams themselves are fantastic, but considering how much I paid, I was hoping for better quality with the pumps. On top of that, the customer service wasn't up to scratch. I think I'll give a different skincare brand a go next time, in the hopes that they don't have the same pump problems.
Missing gift with purchase
I recently bought something from this company and was a bit let down when I realised that the extra gift I was meant to get was missing from my order. So, I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, but their reply wasn't great. Instead of sorting it out right away, they just said they'd chuck in two gifts with my next order. This whole lack of taking responsibility and not keeping their word on the gift front has left me feeling a bit let down, and I'm not sure I'll be buying from them again.
Balance Me Moisturiser SPF25
Oh my gosh, I bought this moisturiser because it's all natural and stuff, but wow, the smell is so strange! When I apply it, it's like a thick white face mask - literally! The hand cream they threw in for free is just as thick and gooey. It's a struggle to blend them in, why do I have to work so hard for hydrated skin? Plus, it's pretty pricey, I mean, I could have snagged three other moisturisers for the price of this one, and they probably would have been more effective. There's hardly any product in the tube - what a rip-off! I don't even know if my skin is benefiting from it... maybe?<br><br>And seriously, why do they offer so many options? It's so overwhelming, who needs that many choices? They bombard me with so many newsletters, it feels like they're stalking me. I definitely need to opt-out, I can't handle all these emails clogging up my inbox every day.
