I bought a black curtain pole from this shop and I was really impressed with the amazing quality and value for money. It was even better than I expected - strong, adjustable, and it came with all the fittings I needed. The delivery was super quick too, so I was really happy. I loved it so much that I ended up buying another one straight away.
Electronic gadgets purchase
I recently bought some electronic gadgets from this online shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The products I got were just as described on the website and the prices were really good too. It was a nice change from the usual big online stores and I would definitely think about shopping there again in the future.
Jeans with holes
So, I bought these jeans with holes from this store and I was really excited when they arrived quickly. However, when I opened the package, the jeans were not what I had hoped for. Adding to that, there were some scary warnings about them being harmful. I attempted to return them, but it took a long time to get a return label. And now, I've been waiting for a long time for my refund, and still nothing! So yeah, it was not a good experience at all.
Dress up wigs for a child
I loved the wigs I discovered for my dress-up games! They were just the right size for kids, which was difficult to find on other websites. The prices were pretty reasonable as well.
Kids costume
I'd never even heard of this company before, so I was a bit unsure about it 'cos their prices were so much lower than everywhere else. But, when the costume arrived just a few days later, I was pleasantly surprised. There were about 6 pieces in total, including a really sturdy belt and the quality was absolutely fantastic. My daughter absolutely loved it, so I'll definitely be coming back here to shop again.
Trainers
I bought some trainers from here and they were really cool! But then I noticed a small issue with them. I got in touch with Bargain Fox and they sorted it out really quickly, now my trainers are perfect!
Broken Christmas gift
I bought a Christmas gift from this shop and when it arrived, it was broken. I got in touch with them, sent over some photos, and they said they'd give me a refund, but only as store credit! Most places usually have a longer return period for Christmas presents, but not this one. They sorted out a return with DPD, but it's been 2 weeks now and still no sign of my item or my store credit. Really disappointed with the customer service, not a great experience at all.
Two coats purchase
I bought two coats from this place recently, and I have to say, one of them was spot on whilst the other was a bit of a letdown. Luckily, Bargain Fox really stepped up and impressed me with their response. Their customer service team was super quick to help, sorting out a prepaid return and giving me a full refund with no fuss. It's rare to find a company that is so committed to putting things right when they go awry, so hats off to them for that. I also found it really easy to contact them, which made the whole experience much more straightforward.
Cat brushes ordered, received heel socks instead
My experience with this company was a complete letdown. Despite their claim of having top-notch customer service, it was actually the worst part of the whole thing. I saw an ad on Facebook for three cat brushes and ordered them, but when my package arrived, I got three heel socks instead. I had to send photos and proof of their mistake, but even then, they messed up my replacement order and sent me more heel socks instead of the cat brushes again. Dealing with them was a pain, and their customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic. I did eventually get a refund for the cat brushes, but the lack of communication and the way they dismissed my concerns was really annoying. I'd suggest staying away from this company altogether.
Backpack/shopping trolley
So, I got this proper cool backpack/shopping trolley from this website, and it was well cheap, you know what I mean? Like, way less than half the price of everywhere else! People had good things to say about them, so I thought I'd give it a go. And let me tell you, I was chuffed with what I received! The service was spot on, mate. They sorted out the delivery real quick and kept me updated, which was really nice. I'm definitely gonna be shopping with them again, no question. I've had some dodgy experiences with other companies, you get me? Didn't get what I paid for, rubbish quality. But Bargain Fox is a different story. This backpack/trolley was exactly as described and looked just like the picture. Big thank you to them!
Trendy mirror purchase
I recently had a really bad experience with Bargain Fox. I ordered a stylish mirror, but got one with flowers on it instead. It was completely different to what I wanted. When I tried to reach Bargain Fox by phone, I found out that both numbers didn't work. So, I sent them an email and 'Ken' replied saying the pictures on their website were just for show, not what you might actually get. I thought this was not helpful at all. In the end, I had to pay to return the wrong mirror. It seemed like Bargain Fox didn't care once they had my money.
Santa and snowman
The poles were different lengths and not uk plugs asked i requested to send it back all i got was still pending its a joke wouldn't buy from them again going to report them to trading standards

wrong product sent ,then returned, then asked for proof of return, which i sent then nothing .they won't reply to my e-mails or resend the right product
Backpack
I ordered a Black backpack from them and when the item came it was Tan. I contacted them and since they will not exchange this wrong item for the correct one, you can only return the item and reorder it. I did this and when the second backpack turned up, it too was Tan and not the Black that I ordered. I have also returned this item. I will not order from them again. I now am waiting for them to refund both backpacks.
