Large shelving unit
I recently bought a big shelving unit from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the expertise and quality they offer. I had already put up two large shelving units before, so I knew what I was looking for. I got in touch with them to talk about my options and the customer service was really helpful and friendly. My 12-year-old grandson managed to build the unit during his half term break, thanks to their clear instructions. He enjoyed the process and now we have two perfect units for storage. The shelves are practical and look nice, adding to the overall appeal of the room. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of durable and high-quality shelving solutions.
Pallet order delivery
I just wanted to share my recent experience placing an order for a pallet delivery. I have to say, it was a really great experience from start to finish. Ordering online was super easy, and the next day delivery was a bonus. But what really stood out was the delivery driver. He really went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was made, despite some challenges getting to the drop-off location. He even used his pallet machine to get the order across a rough driveway and right outside our clubhouse. I was so impressed with his dedication and service - it was truly commendable. Thank you to the amazing team for helping us make our volunteer day a success.
Metal frame shelving purchase
I recently bought some metal frame shelving from this company and I found it quite simple to put together. The metal frame itself was top-notch quality, impressive really. However, when it came to the wooden boards that came with it, I was a bit let down. They ended up bending and warping even with just a little weight on them. Plus, some of the boards had mould on them. Not great, really. I'm thinking of swapping them out for some better quality boards like marine grade ply. On a positive note, the company got in touch with me afterwards and offered to give me better quality boards at no extra cost, which was a nice gesture.
Garage storage racking
Being new to the whole racking thing, I thought I’d give my garage a bit of a makeover instead of splashing out on a shed. The delivery turned up on time with easy-to-follow instructions. The first bit was a bit fiddly to assemble, but after I got the hang of it, the rest of the racking was a piece of cake. Word to the wise, don’t go banging away at it like I did with the first one! I needed some extra bits and bobs so I got in touch with customer service. Samantha was a real star, she got back to me quickly and sent out what I needed without any fuss. Absolutely top-notch customer service all the way.
Heavy-duty shelving unit
I recently got a heavy-duty shelving unit from BiGDUG and I have to say, I'm really pleased with it. The shelves are strong and I feel like they can handle all the stuff I want to store on them. Ordering it was easy peasy, no problems at all. The company kept me in the loop all the time, which I liked. And to add to that, the delivery was super quick and trouble-free. All in all, I'm really happy with my buy and would definitely suggest this company to other people.

Flooring purchase
I bought some flooring from this company not too long ago, but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong parts. The customer service I got was brilliant though. When I phoned up to explain what I'd done, they quickly sorted out for the wrong items to be collected from my house at no extra cost. They then delivered the correct goods to me for free. They kept me updated throughout the whole thing and I always felt like they were paying attention to me. The care and support I got from them went beyond what I was expecting - really impressed.
Garage shelving
I've recently bought some garage shelves online and I was pretty impressed by how quickly they arrived. However, when one of the shelves turned up, it was cracked because it wasn't packaged very well. I got in touch with customer service though, and they sent me a replacement part in no time at all without any hassle. The shelves are really strong, simple to put together, and they look great in my garage. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and I'll definitely be ordering more stuff soon.
Garage shelving triple pack with corner unit
I bought the garage shelving triple pack and corner unit from this shop not long ago. The order came on time and the units were quite simple to put together once I figured out how the pieces fit. A little tip I'd share is to put together the lower part of the tall units before attaching the extra uprights, just like they suggest for the corner unit. The end product looks fab and now I have loads more storage room in my garage. I'd definitely suggest this product to anyone else.

If you find yourself fed up with throwing away cash on rubbish products that break after a couple of tries, then this is the place for you. I got myself some storage shelves from them not long ago and I'm absolutely thrilled with them. The quality is outstanding, the prices are fair, and ordering was so simple. On top of that, the delivery was speedy and everything arrived in tip-top condition. Don't bother with dodgy copies, go for top-notch products from this company!
Garage shelving
I was really let down by the garage shelving I got from this company. Honestly, it was the worst thing I've ever bought. Putting it together was so hard - the parts kept bending and snapping. Every time I tried to join them together, it just wouldn't work right. There were like 80 joints on each unit, and after a while, it just got so annoying and frustrating. I spent ages, like 3 whole hours, trying to build one shelf, only to end up wrecking some of the bits. In the end, I had to chuck the whole thing away because it was beyond fixing. The quality was so bad, it was such a waste of my time and money.

I recently bought a really cool shelf from that company and it's brilliant. It arrived on the exact day I picked, and the delivery driver was really friendly. The best bit was when I realised I needed some clips to connect the shelves together, the person in customer service was so helpful and sent them to me for free, even though it was my mistake. Definitely the best customer service I've ever experienced!
Bought shelves, wall fixing kits, and a mallet
I picked up some shelves and bits and bobs, and they were really good quality and straightforward to assemble. Initially, there was one missing shelf, but they quickly sorted it out for me.
Workshop cabinet purchase
I recently bought a big workshop cabinet from this company. Everything was good at first, but then I had a problem with one of the drawers. I got in touch with customer service to see if I could get a bigger drawer for my larger tools. But the person I spoke to wasn't very helpful and didn't seem interested in helping me. It was really frustrating and disappointing.
Puncture proof wheels for trolley
I recently bought 4 puncture-proof wheels for my trolley from this company. The wheels arrived quickly, but unfortunately, they didn't fit my trolley even though I measured the axle carefully. BigDug doesn't sell these wheels directly, so they directed me to their supplier for an exchange. The supplier, Industrial Castors Ltd, was really helpful and quickly switched the wheels for the right size at no extra cost. However, I had to pay to send back the original wheels. The staff at BigDug were friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with the whole experience. I also noticed that I had to pay for postage from the supplier, whereas it would have been free if I had bought directly from them. In the end, I returned the wheels for a lower cost, even though I paid extra for insurance just in case they got lost.
Interlocking garage flooring, irregular shape space, edging strips
I recently bought some interlocking garage flooring for my oddly shaped space, but I forgot to get a few edging strips. When I got in touch with customer service, the woman I spoke to was really helpful and nice. Even though I was feeling tired, she managed to sort out getting the missing strips sent to me without any extra delivery charges. I was really impressed by how good the customer service was and the quality of the products from this company.
Heavy duty shelving
The heavy duty shelving I bought was really good. It was easy to put together, although I had to be a bit careful and patient. I was really happy with how well made it was, so I decided to order some more straight away. The delivery was fast and I got my stuff on time.
Rubber mats for outdoor steps
I bought a couple of outdoor rubber mats from this company to stop any more slipping disasters on my back door steps. Ordering them was dead easy, and they turned up quickly and nicely packed. They're just the job for those slippy steps and have already done a proper good job of stopping any more accidents.
Shelving bays, damaged items, missing items
I bought 3 shelving units from this company not long ago, but it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. The first delivery was a no-go because the courier said the uprights were bent and the chipboard shelves were all messed up. They said they'd give me some money back and send me another set, but lo and behold, the second delivery was a disaster too. This time, the uprights and shelves were damaged, some items were missing, and they even sent me the wrong stuff. Seems like they've got some serious issues with checking their products and delivering them properly at this company.
