Grooming products
I bought some grooming stuff from this company not long ago, but turns out they've gone bust as of 1 August 2020. It's a shame the brand's gone under, I quite liked their products.
"Waiting Over a Month"
I've been waiting for my products for more than a month now and no one has bothered replying to my emails. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've ever had with this company. I strongly suggest avoiding buying anything from them.
Craft clay purchase
The clay craft from this company is really amazing - no wonder everyone is talking about it. But my experience with this company has been disappointing. The delivery process is a disaster, it's clear they can't keep up with the demand. It would make more sense for them to team up with a retailer like Boots and sell in stores. This would get rid of the need for online sales, which they obviously struggle with. In general, the product is great but the company's operations definitely need some work.
Beard oil and grooming kit purchases
I recently bought a beard oil and grooming kit from this company. At first, I was a bit annoyed as it took around 2 months for my orders to arrive. I was so frustrated that I even left a negative review, but I have to take that back now. Despite the delay, I eventually got both of my orders. The products are really good quality and have actually surpassed my expectations. The beard oil smells nice and makes my beard feel really soft and easy to manage, and the grooming kit has all the tools I need to keep my beard looking great. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought.
Shape Paste Three Pack
I ordered this Shape Paste Three Pack but it never turned up! I waited ages, but my order never arrived. I even sent a few emails, but no one got back to me. And when I called, it just went to voicemail. I had to raise a dispute with Amex because I was so annoyed. It's a real shame because I've had good experiences with them in the past.
Excellent products, poor customer service, missing delivery
I must say, I'm really impressed with the top-notch quality of the products from this company. The grooming products I bought have totally blown me away, they're even better than I expected and I'm really happy with how they've turned out. That being said, I've had a bit of a rough time with the customer service and delivery side of things. I actually ordered my items a few months back and still haven't got them, despite trying to get in touch with the company loads of times via email and phone. It's a shame that this lack of communication and delivery problems have put a bit of a downer on an otherwise brilliant product experience.
Hair styling products
I was really interested in trying out their hair styling products because I heard so much hype about them. So, I decided to make a purchase in September 2021. But boy, was I in for a shock! They took my money straight away, but I never received the items I ordered. I tried contacting them through email several times, but never got a response. Eventually, after a few weeks, I received an email saying sorry for the delay and blaming it on low staffing. From there, it was just a never-ending stream of excuses and letdowns. They kept promising me a specific delivery date, said it was on its way, but it never showed up. This kept happening with more promises, fake tracking numbers, and lies. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company at all costs!
Shape paste order
I ordered 3 tubs of shape paste for next day delivery last Thursday, but it's now Wednesday and I still haven't received anything! I've tried calling and emailing customer service but haven't heard anything back. I'm really disappointed and frustrated!
Clippers that never worked
I bought these clippers, but they never worked. I tried to get in touch by calling, emailing, and writing, but I never heard back. And now I've found out they've shut down. It's such a waste of money!
Hair grooming products
I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with this grooming company. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I've had to deal with their deliveries constantly arriving late. However, my last order, which I placed in September 2022, has been the final straw for me. Despite them taking my money straight away, I still haven't received my item, even though it's now November. I've tried to get in touch with them through emails, calls, and social media messages, but I haven't had any luck. This level of incompetence and lack of care for customer service is just not acceptable.
Hair stuff
Yeah, so I ordered some hair products and only ended up receiving one out of the four items. I attempted to contact them through email, phone, and even on social media, but nobody got back to me. However, I have to say, the hair products I did receive were pretty good.
Hair styling products
I placed an order for some hair styling products and got the usual "allow 72 hours for processing due to covid" message. I get that delays can happen, but it's been a whole week now and my order still hasn't been shipped. Communication is important, folks! If there are any problems, just give us a heads up so we know what to expect. I don't mind waiting because I know the products are great, but a little heads up would be appreciated. Right now, I feel like I'm waiting for a delivery with some major Fyre Festival vibes.
Hair products
Their website is still live, I am not sure how! Payment is taken and products are not delivered, I received many excuses and many promises, initial order was made in November 2021 it is now April 2022!! I assume it is not coming, Trading Standards should be made aware.
Craft clay and mist
I can’t rate the product as it hasn’t arrived. Absolutely awful customer service - passive aggressive emails blaming the customers, lies, no replies, lies when they reply, no answer to phone calls. I ordered November 28th and it’s Jan 12th. I’m still waiting and they won’t refund my order. Have raised dispute via PayPal and reported that trading standards. look on other review sites for the full story!
Craft Clay +
Ordered 6th of August for 48h delivery. Emailed 15th August for an update. Still not received products or even received a response. However, the money was taken out of my account shortly after I ordered.
I ordered a similar product on Amazon which came the next day... get your act together you criminal stooges.

EDIT: The stooges replied to an email asking for a refund. However they refused to process via email, instead listing a paid number that isn't answered. Disputed the transaction via my bank.
All this hassle for a product that can easily be substituted with something from the high street or Amazon. The actual product reviews are mediocre at best - I wish I'd checked them out first.

Unable to describe as they never delivered the product I purchased. Professional order acknowledgement but don't let this fool you. Don't risk giving them your money as the likelihood is you will never receive what you paid for. I didn't. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.
