I bought some snowboard boots from this company not long ago, but I still haven't got them. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but they haven't replied to my emails. I asked for proof that the delivery was made, but I've not heard anything back. It's really frustrating to pay for something and not get it in the end.
Snowboarding gear
I bought some snowboarding gear online not long ago and was chuffed to see they had loads of top-notch stuff to choose from. They also had older season items at discounted prices, which was a bonus. Thrasher shirt purchase with defects

So, I found this amazing deal on a snowboard at Blue Tomato, with a 40% discount, only for my order to be cancelled because the product was no longer in stock. But get this - the size I wanted was still available on the website, just with a smaller discount. Can you believe it? I sent them an email, challenging them to honour the original discount on a different size snowboard. And you know what? They came through and sorted it out, giving me back the price difference. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how it all worked out. Come Monday, I'll have my new board, and I couldn't be more excited!

Overall, my experience with this website was really good and I would definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.
Ski gear purchase
I recently bought some ski gear from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole shopping experience. The ordering process was smooth, and I could easily track my order status. Even though one item was missing from their warehouse when I ordered, they quickly sent it separately without any extra charge. I was really pleased with their prompt communication about this.
Returning the items was just as easy, they got back to their warehouse on time and I got a refund the next day like a flash. Their customer service is top-notch.
I also visited one of their shops in Innsbruck and the staff there were so helpful and quick to answer all my questions. It really added to my already great experience with the company.

I really wanted to grab a pair of those Nike SB vertebrae sneakers, but ran into a small problem when I found out they were sold out. Thankfully, the store team sorted it out super fast by finding another pair and sending them out to me within a day. The customer service was excellent, with the team responding quickly and being really helpful. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for future purchases.
Parka jacket purchase
I wasn't sure about getting a parka jacket for such a good price, especially since the shop was in Europe. But I thought, why not, they take Amex. And I'm really pleased I did. I thought there might be customs fees or that it would take ages to arrive, but it actually got here quicker than things I've ordered from the UK before. I ordered it on Sunday night and it was here by Wednesday with no extra costs. The customer service was fantastic, and I'm absolutely chuffed with my new jacket. It's top quality and fits like a glove.
Three shirts
I bought three shirts, but one of them shrunk in the wash after only one wear, so I can't even use it now. I attempted to return another shirt right away, but it took ages - more than two weeks - to get my money back, and to top it off, they refunded me less than what I originally paid. The online service is incredibly slow as well, it's such a hassle.
Burton glooves
Worst company ever. They sold me 2 pairs of gloves that arrived with tiny fingers, they refused to cover return costs so it cost me £10 to return,. then they claimed they never arrived and refused to refund me. I have lost £80 shopping here and customer service offered no help at all. Dont shop here!
I bought a Snowboard Helmet and Snowboard Goggles
Worst customer service ever experienced, no help or suggestions from anyone in the company.
I ordered a snowboard helmet- and some glasses for a 6 month working experience as a snowboard instructor in Japan. (Order nr:)
On the website they promise 2-4 delivery days, and today, two weeks after I got my order-confirmation, I haven't received anything regarding my order. The equipment is needed for my work, and I'm pretty devastated now, that I'm most likely to leave without the gear I wish to wear.
I tried to write, I tried to call, and I was promised you would call back the same day I finally got in touch with you, and you left me with nothing, no matter whom I talked to. None of you would take responsibility for the mistakes that were made and instead, you ask me to contact another Blue Tomato store- again without any luck or answer... You haven't even offered me any form of refund or return. You don't answer back on my emails. and you didn't want to cooperate, when I offered to pay for express delivery, although I think that's the least YOU can do as a big company like Blue Tomato. And now that I see all the other bad reviews on your company, I really regret to have put my faith and money in company like yours, where customers and service obviously don't mean anything.Snowboard Gear
Beware if you buy from this company and live in the UK. Not clear that the returns are to be sent to Austria, which costs an absolute fortune. Not an easy process either. Needs to be clearer on the site that returns are to Europe. Terrible Customer service. Not helpful at all. AVOID!
Snowboard boots
Ordered some boots which arrived in a reasonable timeframe. The problem started when I found out that the boots are 1/2 too small and I wanted to return them. I filled out all return documents, clearly added the necessary customs documentation and Blue Tomato didnt accept the package. They kept moving me from one support person to another for a few weeks bein unclear what the issue was. Then the package finally arrived back at my place in California. They continue blaming me for something, even it is not clear what. Never again.
Thrasher long sleevr T and sweatshirt
I ordered a long sleeve T and a Thrasher sweatshirt. Turned up late but followed by an email offering me a 10EUR voucher for the delay. Then the problem started. The sweatshirt had a peculiar hole on the front. It was about an inch long but had all the connecting threads intact, (hard to describe in words). I took photos and sent an email asking how to proceed with a return. The reply was shocking.
' From the photo we can not say that the damage was there when the sweater came to you, it could be that the damage happened while you wore the hoodie.
We can offer you a 20,00 EUR voucher for your next purchase with us with no minimum order value or expiration date. PLease let us know if that would be ok for you.'
I said I wasn't interested in a voucher, just a replacement. Then they started asking for tags etc. to initiate the return. I no longer had the tags. Why this would matter is beyond me as the item isn't saleable. Now they're asking me to pay return postage and they will see what Thrasher can do.
Customer service is bad at best.Shoes for wife's birthday - have never arrived!
I placed my order on 7th January and have still not seen the product as it has still not been delivered. DPD claim that it being returned to Europe. Blue Tomato refuse to issue a refund until the product is back with them.

I had very few experiences with this shop. One Patagonia Jacket and Van shoes received after 3 days of booking recently.
Delivery was not on time but we're good as specified . Color and apparel of Patagonia is really up to the mark but van shoes was not as per my expectations. But when I see what I paid for, this is better of course not good.
Delivery is also free above 40 pounds which is very much simple as most of the great products are more then minimum requirements for free delivery.
