    I was really impressed with the customer service over at BlueFin Fitness. They got back to me super quickly when I had questions about my order, which was great. But then I was a bit let down by the delivery options they had on offer. I put in my order on the 9th, only to find out that the earliest delivery slot they had available was on the 19th. It was a bit frustrating because during checkout, I didn't even get the chance to pick a delivery date myself. Instead, I had to sit tight and wait for the delivery company to get in touch with me about when they could drop it off. It's just not very convenient not being able to choose when my order will arrive.

    I bought a Bluefin Curv 2.0 on eBay which was supposed to be 'new', but when it arrived, it had a few issues and was clearly not put together right. It was a bit of a struggle trying to follow the diagrams in the online manual, but the customer support team from the company really helped me out. Even though they didn't have the part diagram I needed in a good quality image at first, they made the effort to get it for me in just a few days. Their help meant I could get the parts I needed and fix the machine. If they had better online resources from the beginning, I would have given them a 5-star rating!

    Expensive vibration plate

    I bought a pricey vibration plate from this place back in 2021, which supposedly had a lifetime warranty on the motor parts. I was so annoyed when it stopped working just a few months after the warranty ended. I tried to fix it myself but had no luck. I contacted them, sent a video, and to my surprise, they agreed to replace it even though the warranty had expired. The replacement arrived today, and I have to say, their customer service has really impressed me.

    I ordered a rowing machine but the delivery got delayed. When it eventually arrived, some parts were missing so I couldn't put it together. I had to keep contacting customer service to get those missing parts. And even after assembling it, I found out that the display wasn't working properly. The customer service reps were polite but didn't really do much to help; I had to keep hounding them for updates. Finally, they've admitted that the display they sent was faulty, so now they're sending a replacement. This whole experience has shown a lack of quality in QA, logistics, and shipping.

    Crosstrainer purchase

    I recently bought a crosstrainer from this store and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. The thing started squeaking on the first day, and dealing with customer service was a total pain. We had to go through the trouble of packing it up and the inconvenience of having it picked up. To make matters worse, the company that picked it up didn't even return it to them for a whole 10 days. And you know what? They won't even consider giving me back my £299 until they have it back in their hands. They say they've processed the refund, but I'm still waiting for it to show up in my bank account. The shoddy customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all. Maybe you'll be lucky and get a working product, but if not, good luck with their dreadful returns process.

    I'm really disappointed with the treadmill I bought from your company. I paid extra for quick delivery on a certain day, but when I opened the box, I found that all the screws and assembly parts were missing. This meant I couldn't even use the machine. It was a really bad start for me as a new customer. Luckily, Jake from customer service helped me out, but now I have to wait a few more days to get the parts I need.
