    Bonanza is honestly a top-notch online selling platform that has totally surpassed my expectations in every way. The customer service team is amazingly quick to respond and always deals with urgent matters straight away. If I ever do come across a problem, it's sorted out swiftly and professionally. The fees for selling on the platform are fair, and you only pay up after you've made a sale - which is a brilliant incentive for sellers. Not to mention, the range of buyers on Bonanza is diverse and active, which leads to successful sales and great interactions. In the whole eight years I've been using it, I've only had one issue - showing just how reliable and effective Bonanza is. Plus, being promoted on Google Shopping has really increased traffic to my store and boosted my sales. I used to sell 2-3 items a month, but now I'm selling 2-3 items and more every week - a massive achievement for me. It's safe to say I'm a very happy and satisfied seller on Bonanza.

    I had a really interesting experience at this shop recently as a customer. I was pretty surprised when, almost a month after my purchase was marked as delivered, a buyer claimed they hadn't received their package. Can you believe it? Instead of contacting us to talk about it, they just posted a 1-star review saying the package might be lost by the USPS. What a cheek! They even suggested the order wasn't worth looking into. But you know what? We had proof from the USPS tracker showing the package was delivered. So much for their doubts! Luckily, Judy from the staff was amazing and quickly sorted out the unfair feedback. Huge props to her for being so professional and efficient!

    I had a great experience with Bonanza's customer service recently. Unlike some other websites, they offer the option to contact support via email or webform, and they were really quick to respond. I asked a question and got a helpful reply within a day or two, which was great. The support team was able to answer all my questions, fix a problem I had, and even help with communication between buyers and sellers. It's not often you find such dedicated and helpful customer service, and I was really impressed by how much they helped. Well done to Bonanza for going the extra mile to make sure customers are happy!

    I took my furniture business online on the Bonanza marketplace and I have experienced increase in sales within the period that I am very thankful I took the decision as well as being thankful to Bonanza for creating such a good platform for business owners to bring on their wares for sale. Before, I was having sales draught that I could stay in 30 days and make only two sales or a little above but with my business now on Bonanza, I make as much as 15 sales or more within the same 30 days. I totally recommend to others who are interested in experiencing increase in sales in their businesses.

    Oh my gosh, I was so looking forward to ordering these adorable earrings from this site, but it turned out to be a complete disaster! I placed my order on April 26th and then I later requested tracking information. Instead of receiving the tracking details, I got this strange email apologising for the delay due to a high volume of orders. Then, a couple of days afterwards, I received another email stating that the seller had been banned and there was a possibility that I wouldn't receive my earrings. Can you believe it? I had to open a claim with PayPal and I still haven't heard anything back. It's already May 8th, how long does it take?! I've had similar issues with Amazon sellers, but at least Amazon was able to resolve it. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    I've got the bed now and it looks absolutely amazing! There was a slight problem with it not fitting properly at first, but the owner arranged for someone to come and sort it out within just 4 days, even during the bank holiday weekend. I was really impressed with the quality, and the delivery service was great too. The gentlemen who delivered the bed were very polite. I would definitely recommend this place and will think about buying from here again in the future, maybe for my son's bed next time.

    The platform is really easy to use and navigate, but it does seem to be more focused on American sellers. The support team is great and they usually get back to you within 2 days, which is helpful. However, as a seller from outside the USA, some of the settings can be a bit confusing. Our first order arrived in just a week, which was a pleasant surprise considering where we are located. It would be nice to see some changes made to better accommodate international sellers down the line.

    Hard Drive for Mac

    I bought a new hard drive for my Mac from Bonanza not long ago, but the seller ended up sending me something totally different. It was clearly low-quality and unusable. When I asked for a refund and offered to send it back myself, they said no. I then tried to get help from Bonanza, but they couldn't solve the problem. It was a really disappointing situation, to be honest.

    I was really looking forward to joining this website because my friends said it was great. But when I asked a simple question about their app for sellers, they completely ignored me! Can you believe that? All I wanted to know was if they had an app, and they couldn't even bother to answer me properly.     I've been selling on Bonanza for more than 8 years now, and I've always made sure to keep my listings top-notch to maintain my top-rated status.     So, I bought this product thinking it was Biotin, but turns out it's from China! I ended up injecting it and it was really painful. The lab I sent it to couldn't even identify what it was, definitely not Biotin. Such a disappointment!

    My experience with Bonanza was really disappointing. I placed my first order with them, but then found out that my item was actually being shipped from a third-party seller. To top it off, Bonanza told me they don't work with that seller anymore, so I had to sort out any problems by myself. This lack of help and responsibility is not okay and doesn't make Bonanza look good at all.

When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't get into my account and recommended trying a different platform.
